Disappointed I had to go to the front desk to exchange towels, sometimes the towels that I received were not folded they were just thrown in a garbage bag not folded The kitchen utensils, pans skillet were very old looking, only received 1 small skillet, very worn, 1 small pan worn, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 spoons, 1 large plastic spoon, 2 coffee cups, 1pasta strainer No dish rags, In the bathroom we didn’t get any hand towels We had to take the trash out to the dumpster Nobody came to clean the room “was told by other guest that they only clean every other week I don’t know if taking out your own trash and changing towels is the way extended stay work but I wasn’t told up front

Check in was easy & staff was friendly. Room was ok. Beds were comfortable. So this place is NOT like your average hotel/motel as I was told. With that said, I was advised if I needed clean towels I have bring down the dirty ones and they'll exchange 'em IF they have clean ones or they'll wash 'em. NO hand towels.I asked for a couple and was told they don't have any. I was given a bath mat & wash cloth to use as such. The shower had soap scum and the whole floor was sticky. Asked front desk for a mop so I could mop the floor. She told me she'll let housekeeping know and they'll do the floor in the a.m. We were gone the whole day and the floor was the same. Complained about it again and was told the same thing. There WERE NO DISHES, UTENSILS etc to cook a meal. The carpet in the halls & elevator were dirty and smelled like feet. I don't think it was vacuumed the whole time we were there. This place could be better.

Let me start with the positive things, first of all the staff was very nice. Bedding and towels were clean. Now the negative stuff. My husband and I stayed here for ten days and every day we smelled marijuana in the hallway and elevator. The place doesn’t provide any utensils or dishes. Outside of the building there were overflowing garbage bags that were just accumulated. Also, the same people lingering around the building, not sure if they were actually renting or what?!?! For the price they charged us to stay it was ok. But bring a package of Sami-wipes to sanitize the room for your own peace of mind.

This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that makes you give your used towels to staff to get washed and the you have to wait for them to be washed then to get them back. They don’t do daily cleaning. And the room doesn’t come with An iron you have to go to the front desk to get it. Then at the front desk there’s only one person when I checked it at 6pm a person booked Multiple rooms for people which took almost an hour to get that person checked in. The people at the front desk have attitudes when you ask them something

Filthy, Deplorable, Disgusting. Don’t stay here.

Booked for a 2 night stay for Travel Sports event nearby. Regretted it the moment I walked in with my kids. The surrounding area is actually nice but I don’t know what happened with this place. How is this place still operating!! Hotels.com, Choice Hotels this is shameful. The property is infested with roaches, mold and looks nothing like the photos that are posted. How is this possible?? This is filth. Thank you to the very nice lady who was working that Friday at about 8:30pm (not the white manager lady) the other lady who helped us get out of there ASAP. Deplorable conditions. Still sick to my stomach 2 days after this encounter. Choice Hotels, Hotels.com you need to look into this and Do Better!!

There was four dead roaches in the bathroom. Two in the tub and two on the floor. There were live roaches crawling on the walls around the room. When we asked to be helped we were told to be refunded we needed to leave and we had three small children under the age of 2

No coffee or tea in room. Coffee in lobby cut off at10am. Extra towels not allowed when requested. No dishes or hair dryer in room and the front desk couldn't find one. There was, most of the day at least 3 staff at front desk and they were not very helpful. I had to go down to front desk for everything I needed. When I asked for toilet tissue because there was not a backup roll in the room- the lady said they were all out. After a long pause and I was waiting there she said she would try to find some. So I waited a bit for her to come back. She never offered to bring it to the room. I wish I would not have booked multiple nights. Very frustrating. Will not stay here again

Very disappointed with this stay. As I was waiting to check in, another guest was informed there was no more toilet paper available, they were completely out in the hotel. Upon entering my room, I had one partial roll with no others. There were also no facial tissues to blow my nose. There were small, trimmed hairs along the edge of the mirror, looked like false eyelashes that had been trimmed. My feet left dirt as I stepped in the shower from the dirt on the floor. The vinyl on the chair was damaged. I was thankful I was only there for 1 night and leaving before the sun was up.

There were two towels in the room for three people. No hand towels or washcloths. Upon pulling the sheets back it had hair and dirt on them! My sons bed felt literally like a motor starting every time he even flinched hence the people above us had the same type of bed because it sounded like it was going to cave in on us all through the night keeping us awake. No shampoo or anything …. No breakfast ….dont be fooled ! We were going to tell the girl at the front desk but upon looking at her we already knew she wouldn’t care!
