Knolls on yksi ylellisimmistä osakehuoneistokehityksistä Ozarks-järvellä. Se on pesätty raskaspuisella niemimaalla järven 22 millimetriä. Näkymä pääkanavalle tai lahden puolelle on todella erinomainen!
Yksi ensimmäisistä asioista, jotka huomaat, on tamme- ja mäntyympäristö Knollsilla. Se on hiljainen turvasatama, joka on suunniteltu ympäri vuoden rentoutumiseen ja nauttimiseen kaikesta, mitä Järvi tarjoaa.
Klubitalon päärakennuksiin kuuluu sisäuima-allas, höyryhuone, sauna, poreallas, myyntialue, pelihuone ja se tarjoaa rentouttavan, epävirallisen kokoontumispaikan kaikille asukkaille ja heidän vierailleen. Yhdistetty Klubitaloon on upea ulkouima-allasalueemme.
Siellä on uimalaituri, veneiden laskuramppi, crappie-vuoteet, 2 ulkotenniskenttää ja 2 sisätenniskenttää, hevosenkengän kuopat, palokammio, koripallokenttä, lasten leikkipaikka ja kuntokeskus.

2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneiston tilava takkahuone.
Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on erillinen kylpyamme.
Olohuoneessa on sohva, jossa queen-size-vuode, rakkausistuin ja ruokasali, 6 tuolia.
On TV olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa. Kaapeli-TV ja ilmainen WiFi.
On kaksi parveketta. Yksi niistä on vikaverkko - pöytä ja 6 tuolia ja Weber-kaasugrilli.
Master makuuhuoneessa on parveke kahdella tuolilla.
Keittiö on täysin varustettu ja löydät kaikki tarvitsemasi kokki.
Kaikki liinavaatteet ja kylpypyyhkeet toimitetaan. Haluat ehkä tuoda uima-altaan pyyhkeet. Condo on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu avuksesi.
Slip (10x24) sisältyy hintaan. Veneramppi ja venevaunujen pysäköinti on myös saatavana.

Great condo, close to the pool! Comfortable beds, well appointed. Our only feedback was that the water smelled very badly of rotten eggs, and once we ran it, the whole condo smelled like it. Seems like it hadn't been ran in a while perhaps? Once we ran the water a bit, eventually the smell went away, and since the deck is screened in, we opened the door and turned the ceiling fan on and aired it out and all seemed very well after that! We had a wonderful weekend with old college friends and felt like we were in our 20's again. Thanks!

Our family had a fantastic stay here! It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was well-kept and welcoming, and we really appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was. The host was great—super responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We really liked the resort. It had indoor and outdoor pools and tennis, pickeball, launch ramp, and boat slips. The unit itself looked nice. Our socks were a little dirty running around the unit, but it seemed clean other than that. The worst part was the spiders. They were everywhere outside the condo. They were all over the walkways to get to the. condo and in the doorways. They were also all over the boat docks. It doesn't seem like the condo management company cleans the webs away and sprays very often. This is not the condo owner's fault, but the management company's fault. company's fault. Clean and comfy

The condo is very clean and had almost every needed. I recommend more forks and someone taking a look at the dishwasher, don’t think it works now. We didn’t ask for it to be fixed, didn’t have time. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend this condo to any family.

Staying here was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, close to all the attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice condo. Pictures definitely need to be updated as there is no more pool table and no arcade room in the clubhouse. Not sure about the exercise equipment as we got plenty in walking around the complex. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed and twin. Kitchen needs a few more cooking supplies like baking sheets, liquid measuring cup. The dishwasher was ok but had no place for the utensils for washing. The mattresses definitely needs protectors on them for sanitary reasons and the pillows were extremely flat. Over all the condo was pretty clean. The screened balcony was great. No bugs! Not a lot of steps to get to the unit which was nice. Fishing was great from the dock. Make sure you check the fuse for the hot water heater as it was switched off on us before we got there and didnt know until we came back late at night. 3 of us had very cold showers. All and all everyone in our party had a great time.

Great location and place with family!!

We came in August 2023, this location was very easy to get to. Lots of family things to do with kids and adults. Indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained. Unit we stayed in was very clean and had a wonderful view of the lake! We will definitely be back!!

The condo was great, it was in a beautiful location, and the condo was very clean and really nice. It had a great screened in deck so you could sit out on. Had a lot of great amenities. And the owner was very good about providing us all the information.

Great stay, perfect for our needs!

Great location, plenty of activities/restaurants close by land or water. Unit was clean, organized with ground level entrance access. Included Covered slip and on property boat ramp was great. Boat ramp is a little tight, any beam over 8’6” or longer than 28’ might have trouble loading in. All in all, very nice in all aspects. Would book again.

Property was very nice centrally located close to the pool tennis courts. The host was very easy to get a hold of as we had some questions about the place there response time was pretty fast. There was laundry left in the dryer that was the only negative about are stay.
