My grandson and I stayed here New Years Eve. We were in a room three floors below where the band and party were, but could still hear it so clear I was able to tell exactly what song was being played. I politely called the front desk asking if there was any way I could get moved to another location to where it wouldn’t keep my three year old grandson awake and was told “It’s New tears Eve and there is nothing we can do about that. You just have to wait until after midnight”. The band didn’t stop until one in the morning. My grandson and I both weren’t able to get much sleep at all. There was zero response the next day from any management or anyone for that matter. I had even extended my stay from the night before, in order for my grandson to play in the arcade and waterpark.
