The front staff's English was very poor, so there was a difficulty in communicating. In the case of consecutive staying, I fully understand the system that requires cleaning requests to receive cleaning services, but consumable services such as towels and mineral water should be provided even if there is no separate cleaning request.

Room was extremely large and well resourced for a family. Really appreciated the washing facilities in the room. Beds were spacious and well later out having the kids above the adult beds. Highly recommend.

Loved the lounge area with the free pancakes! The laundry facilities were also great. The one thing that could be improved is to add lotion to the rooms and steam clean the carpets.

Con Breakfast area small. At basement, low ceiling. Many guests had to queue for very long to get in (30mins). There was one day where they had to extend bf hour due to pax not able tonget a table by breakfast closing time. Breakfast seletion few. Not many item for selection. Even for Japanese breakfast, the selection is limited. Room clealiness generally ok, however I found clipped finger nail on carpet. Housekeeping did not do a thorough vacuming! Room configuration for 3 pax is odd. One pax had to sleep at odd position beside the double bed.. small room Pro plus is the location. Right at shoping street and connected underground to Nipponbashi station. Laundry & lounge area is a blessing. Laundry area is beautifully furnished with free washer and dryer. Laounge provides free flow coffee soft drinks , nuts and chips till 10pm. Would be great if they can extend for an hour as generally people stream back to hotel around that hour close to 10pm.

THE WORST!!! DO NOT stay unless you’re okay with moldy smelling rooms, extreme water damaged floors, no AC, a decrepitly old couch. This is far from a 4 star hotel. My family of 5 (3 kids) booked 4 nights and couldn’t stay for more than 3 hours. The stuffiness and stench of the room alone was insufferable. They couldn’t fix the AC and they wouldn’t refund the rest of our trip but we didn’t care. It was THAT bad. We booked another hotel down the street that was spacious and CLEAN and escaped this monstrosity at 11pm at night. We were so happy there! Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The room was extremely dated. Carpet and bedding cover was old. The walls were covered in scuff marks. There were cracks in the walls and along the floor near the tub. There was minimal interaction with the staff, they prefer contactless so they ask you check in via QR code and drop your key in a box to check out. The location was great and the hotel did have good amenities like a free lounge open from the afternoon to night and a laundry room .
