I had a great stay at this property. The room was quite spacious compared to the typically smaller hotel rooms in Japan, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the train station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located around the corner. I’ve stayed at another Smile Hotel property before, and this one is definitely a big improvement. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience.

nice floor plan, bedding condition is great. Close to subway. Not trying breakfasts Buffett, Expedia charge 20 but hotel charge 1600 Yen. Only thing bother me is the girl on night shift has poker face ,not the JAP standard. Day shift staff has great attitude

The property is very nice that is in a neighborhood with many restaurants and convenient stores close by. Friendly staff. Just minutes from the subway and shopping. Our room and the property were very clean. Would have given 5 stars for cleanliness, but used the laundry facilities (reasonably priced w/d) was a bit dirty. I recommend and would stay again.

The room was large, the bed n pillows were comfy. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly n helpful. My only complaint is that there isn’t enough shelving or drawers to put your clothes. There should be a shelf above where you hang your jackets n shorts. Plus there should be a railing on the wall in the bathroom to make it easy to get out of the tub. Overall a good experience.
