This hotel is very convenient to all especially it’s surrounded with good restaurants. The suit was very clean and decent size. The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly.

The heating/AC unit in the room was not working. They did not inform us of it whatsoever. After a call at the front desk, we noticed they had put a portable heater in the room. We wouldn’t have stayed in that room if we would have known it advance and they couldn't move us to another room. Management should not book a room with broken equipment.

Worst hotel ever. Unsafe.

Hands down, the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Didn't feel safe. Shady characters and the entire place smells like weed. Had to place a towel at the base of our door to keep the stench out. If this is an acceptable standard for the Super 8 brand, we're just going to entirely avoid Super 8 going forward. Brutal.

I’ve stayed at numerous Super8 hotels and they’ve been pet friendly. Apparently the Ajax location is not. An hour and a half after check-in they kicked us out and would not refund the room. My mom who is 65yrs old had just had spinal Injections and they gave us 15min to vacate or have the police called. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE EXPERIENCE

DO NOT STAY THERE. What a dump that place is. Garbage laying around, found a used what i assume is a crack pipe at the side of the bed, some very interesting people in the hallway ans lots outside smoking. Room was decent for cleanliness but is very dated. Went down and was talking to front desk and he was extremely rude. Worst place i have ever stayed. Spend $10 more cheepo and yoy will thank me for it

It’s was a great stay once again. But one thing I didn’t like is we got 3 drinks at the from front desk and it should have been $8. But I was charged $202.14 but lucky they refunded it right away as soon as i seen the charge. Other than that all was great. And we will be back
