The bed is too soft. There are some areas that need to be clean like the bathroom baseboards.. there is heat in the bathroom. The bathroom fan work with timers. Some people were loud at night. It was difficult to find a parking the second day I was there. Not chance to check the pool or fitness area. The kitchen needs to be updated. I have been not using the kitchen . Only the microwave and kettle and the refrigerator to store my juice and milk. The stove is old and the kettle is too small for use with a family, barely it boils 3 cups of water. The tv is not smart I can not cast my movie. The area is close to many places like restaurants and stores. Safely to walk at night.

I recently stayed at the Cartier Place Suite Hotel in Ottawa and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent—close to downtown attractions, restaurants, and transit—and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The suite itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, which made it easy to relax. My only concerns were relatively minor. The in-suite kitchen was convenient but could have been better stocked; a few more basic items would have made cooking easier. Additionally, there was construction happening on the street during my stay, which led to early-morning and all-day noise. Of course, that’s temporary and beyond the hotel’s control, but it did affect the overall experience. Despite those issues, I still rate my stay 4 stars. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location in Ottawa. I'd be happy to stay here again once the construction wraps up.
