Great place to stay.

Stayed a week. I was out every day in Ottawa. When I returned the room was done. Breakfast every morning was excellent, complimentary. Room was quiet, sheets were nice and soft. Down town was about a 20 minute drive, there was a large mall close to the hotel.

The personnel at the front desk were just amazing. They took the time to greet while checking in. During my stay, they were more than helpful making sure my need were met. In addition, there was a lady cleaning at the gym. She was cleaning the place like she owns it. I got the impression she really like working there.

We were disappointed with our overall stay. Check in when we arrived no one was at the desk at we had to wait, it was 9 pm, the attendant came from the back room, I waited approximately 10 minutes. Our room was cleaned and dirty towels left in the tub and no clean ones left. Maids tried to get in room at 8:25 am on a Sunday! Breakfast room is very busy long term residents at hotel allow children to run and make messes, makes for an unenjoyable start to your day. We have stayed many times but this may be our last after this say
