We requested for an upper floor room when we booked the hotel. But unfortunately we didn’t get that and my son had an exam next day , we experienced some noises around after 11 pm . We asked for blanket for the sofa bed and they were out of blankets.

The room was spacious and a good bed .very clean , The staff was awesome I stayed with my handicap mother and they catered to her needs . The Hoya lift in the pool area was a wonderful tool if she needed it but they offered it none the less . We would definitely stay in the kitchen room again next time I’m visiting my family .
