The room was spacious and a good bed .very clean , The staff was awesome I stayed with my handicap mother and they catered to her needs . The Hoya lift in the pool area was a wonderful tool if she needed it but they offered it none the less . We would definitely stay in the kitchen room again next time I’m visiting my family .

When I got to my room it was not clean or ready for anyone to use it. Furniture was on bed and couch, and it looked like someone ransacked the room.

needs to check the rooms when work done on them.

I checked into room, took off my shoes and socks got wet. they said that the carpet had been cleaned and was still wet. moved to another room, The tv remote didn't work in this room, had to put in number of channel you wanted to change. all else was ok. Have stayed here before and not gotton these issues.

This is the second strike and sadly they’re out. So many issues. Used to be great, but cleanliness and property conditions are in decline. Staff is kind and helpful—just not enough of them. Unfortunately we won’t stay here anymore.
