The hotel is pretty new, but it isn’t in great shape. The elevator shakes and makes weird noises, and it smelled terribly of body odor. We would have just taken the stairs, but their location wasn’t clearly marked. The room was stuffy and had a weird smell. The hallways were super hot and smelled like pot. The shower didn’t get at all hot- it was lukewarm at best. On the upside, the room was clean and the staff we interacted with were friendly.

The hotel was very clean. The room was also very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The cons: there is a shop downstairs at the front desk that sells snacks and medicine, but they only take cash? I reserved my room with the pay when you arrive option, but someone tried to run my card in the middle of the night the day before I checked in!!!!!!

I am a season ticket holder for Ole Miss and have booked my reservations for 2026 only to find out they were canceled without my consent for “incorrect pricing”. The property realized they could overcharge guests and rather than honoring what was listed on the reservation weeks ago, they canceled to try and charge more money.
