The young lady that checked us into our room was so friendly and professional. She gave us information about all of the food and entertainment options that were close by as well as informed about all the perks of the hotel. She answered all of our questions and she wore a smile the entire time. It was very welcoming!

Awesome hotel stay

Loved my stay here! Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a little better than typical. Hotel was quiet & I felt safe. Very close to beach, restaurants & shopping. Free parking! Loved the balcony overlooking the harbor! Pool was very nice & heated! Was an amazing stay. I will be back!

Example of superb manager concern

Everything was great except a problem with the a/c control which kept room far too cod and also noisy. I reported the issue to front desk where my concern was professionally noted and reported. Later the day of checkout, I caalled the GM who graciously approved a rate discount for the inconvenience. Grace was the GM and Johnny helped me. Very impressed with the proper degree of concern and professionalism and both Individuals were exceptionally courteous.

This was my first time staying at this hotel property and I enjoyed my stay. The view from my balcony was very beautiful. My friends recommended this property and they were right with their recommendations and I am glad I listen and stayed here. The only thing was I didn’t know that pets was allowed on the property and I am allergic and my eyes was very red and having an allergic reaction to that. From now on I will ask so I want have a bad reaction like this time. But other than that my stay was Amazing.
