The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly , some outlets didn't work, there was no extra sheets and the room was very cold. The WiFi connection was terrible and the people next door had guests coming late hours :( Only good thing was the view..

The staff are amazing, they helped me check the roads for my drive home and were so kind and caring. I absolutely loved my room. This my last motel stay from my trip on the coast. I loved having a jacuzzi to relax before my long drive back to Utah. I loved the patio to see the ocean right by my room. I got great pictures.

Booked the hotel for the pool but pool was closed due to “high winds” unsure why it would effect it since it was a indoor pool , I would’ve picked a beach view hotel instead with no pool.

False advertising!!! The pictures on the website didn’t match the room I selected and booked. The room was outdated and the bathroom lights and phone to front desk didn’t work. The hot tub didn’t have the plug available to use, so I had to use my cell phone to get a hold of the front desk. The room was freezing and blankets weren’t provided, so it made for a cold night. Last but not least, the room was not clean. There were inappropriate items left behind and when I checked out reported it to the front desk and they promised a manager would call me, but I’m still waiting and I tried to call and ask for one, but keep getting the run around!! Overall, I will never book this hotel again!

Light fixture was broken and falling from ceiling. Dead bolt on door was broke and loud shouting for hours during the night. So bad that I left at 3am and went to another place to try and get some sleep before my long work shift the following day. Staff attempted to calm down the partying but the lock being broken and the lights falling down…I had enough. Asking for a full refund as this was a costly waste of my time.
