Beds were very comfortable and our rooms had very high ceilings with great air conditioning, both of which helped us get a good night's sleep. pool, wt room, breakfast were just basic. staff very friendly.

Good property for the remote location in AZ. Good thing was that there was breakfast included but they serve the same thing every day so if you stay more than 2 days you’d want to eat somewhere else.

It was an overnight stay, the shower curtain did not have a liner and no matter what I did the water would come out, the hair dryer only blew cold air I called front desk “we can’t fix it and we don’t have any other we can give “ obviously she didn’t even try to see if they could get one from an empty room. The breakfast service was bad and no yearly option no freak yogurt no fruit nothing with egg whites… honestly very bad for these times

Poor Bathroom supplies. Poor Breakfast. Coffee is not drinkable. Very simple staff to provide but they don’t care about that. Apparently they try to save every penny.

Checking in was a pleasant and quick procedure. Rooms were great. Love that there was no carpeting. Comfortable. Very clean. My dissatisfaction came the following morning at the free breakfast which is supposed to be available until 9 AM. I arrived at 8:30 AM to find all the chairs up on tables. Most of the food was gone, and there was only one coffee mug available, even though there were two of us attending the breakfast. The staff showed their annoyance when we requested. They refilled the food. They were reluctant to get an additional coffee mug. They clearly wanted to be finished with the breakfast and had no concern for us as customers. I paid a high price for this hotel room and I should have had an excellent morning practice experience. This was the most expensive hotel I had stayed in on my trip. They have a lot to learn about improving the free continental breakfast. There’s a lot of competition out there and hotels who do a much better job.

Waited 20 min to be checked in. Nobody apologized for the long wait. Nothing. Later on Asked to turn down the heat in the gym and was told they can’t do anything about it. It was 82 Fahrenheit in the gym and when paying over 300 dollars a night I should expect to at least be able to use the gym. Came to the front desk to ask for restaurant recommendations but had to wait for a minute until the receptionist put down her phone. She didn’t even notice that I was standing infront of her because she was on her phone. Service is terrible. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone for this price.

This Property is very nice my only problem was with the desk associate that helped us when we checked in. She was RUDE with a capital R. She seemed very irritated with us as if we interrupted her TV show. And her attitude and rudeness did end during our check in experience. When we came down to use the pool facilities we asked about towels and she snapped that they were located in the pool area yet there were no clean towels in the pool area. We had to actually go to the housekeeping staff on our own to ask for a few towels. The housekeeping staff was excellent. I normally will not ever leave a bad review BUT because of the situation detailed above I believe no one should endure such rudeness when checking in to any hotel property

Front desk was friendly and room was comfortable and spacious enough. We just had a quick over night stay. We did find a pair of dirty underwear from previous guest in the bathroom which was very upsetting. Also the pullout bed had pillows and a blanket in the closet but we had to go downstairs to request a sheet.
