The view from the room was magnificent; however, the rooms themselves felt somewhat outdated and had a noticeable hospital-like odor. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the room had an unusually strong scent reminiscent of candy. On a positive note, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Despite this, we ultimately chose to check out one day early and forfeited the remaining night in order to return to the city and stay at a more modern hotel. With a few improvements—such as updating the bathrooms, removing the carpeting, and introducing more pleasant ambient scents throughout the property—the hotel could significantly enhance the overall guest experience

The resort is beautiful but they charged me about $57 after checking out with any reasons!!! I connected with them and they said it is deposit and will be refunded. But actually didn’t!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Everything closes around 8pm, the pool, the hot tub even the fire pits by the driftwood lodge get turned off before 8pm. Paying a resort fee yet unable to use any amenities

It was a nice stay with our kids. Beautiful view. Dinner-wonderful with a friendly server. Breakfast Burritos were amazing from the cafe in the morning and so was the staff that served us.

The romm was ok but all added charges 4 amenities including wi fi werent available. Everything was closed. It was fraudulent 2 charge me plus my pet that i was charged 30 a night was not welcomed anywhere except the room. This place is not a resort and definately not a dog friendly place. The sliding door in the room didnt have a lock so it would b easy 2 break in. I was very disappointed especially since it was Christmas. The view i received 4 6 nights was a parking lot.

Great views and great spot! The only concern is that I would have liked it if they would tell us that we have to pay a pass to enter the area, something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere. I liked the options for coffee and a small snack. Enjoyed our stay there!
