Positives: inexpensive and clean. Nice staff. Nice indoor pool. Negatives: breakfast is continental, no elevators, soap is size of a quarter, hot tub broken, room cooling units noisy and in need of maintenance, common areas not kept cool, no house cleaning during your stay. In other words, every bean has been counted, even something as simple as a late checkout incurres a fee. Don't expect any extras.

The owner was amazing and went out of his way to let us check in a bit earlier than planned. We drove across the country and he had so much compassion for us. Good stay in a good area.... great restaurant across the parking lot too!

Comfortable bed with a matress topper. Very simple breakfast options. Hot tub was broken/off during our stay and was being used as a small cold pool, pool heater was turned up and the pool was warm.

My husband and I came into town for a friend's wedding. This property fit the bill with the cleanliness, comfortability and price range! It seems to be a well kept property. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again. The only slight downside was the hit tub wasn't functioning but we didn't mind too much as we were busy with the wedding.

This place was ia dump. I took pictures. I asked other people how much they paid. They said $125 to $130? You over charged me especially for this old hotel. I never got a king bed. As far as breakfast included, it was cereal and coffee. Expedia overcharged me. You showed a beautiful river. There was run down places near by no river. You way over charged for this dump. You need to reimburse me $95.00. I’ve been using Expedia this whole trip. This Hill Side place was a complete bust. Please reimburse me.

The hotel was comfortable, but what really stood out was the extra service. I had left my wallet in a drawer in the bedside table. I discovered it was missing when we stopped for lunch 2 hours away. We called the hotel and someone went to check and confirm it was there. They held the wallet at the front desk until could backtrack and retrieve it.
