Service is very slow. No one picks up the phone at front desk. Staff is ruin. I will not go back again.

Hotel is really nice but you need to pay for the parking. Location is very convenience, however if it happened to have a concert on that day, it is unlikely to find a parking till concert ends, or arrive before concert starts.

The stay was ok, it is a beautiful resort. But the room we were assigned to was facing the lobby area and we were unable to sleep as it was a Saturday night and we can hear EVERYONE down there partying until about 1-2am very loud & clear. It was a windy day as well we went out to the pool prior to where an umbrella fell on top of my wife and it took 2 of the staff members to come pull it off her.

For the price they are charging, this hotel could do so much better. For a restaurant, their dining options are limited and close way too early for people who are traveling. Their rooms were dirty and smelled off. Also I would recommend to have some kind of air freshener inside the hotel. As soon as you walk in the hotel or out of your room it smells like a fisherman’s wharf. Other than that, the staff was very nice and parking was easy.
