The hotel & room looked nothing like the picture. The hotel is quite run down, with stains on the pillow case and bathroom counter. The continental breakfast was a laugh, and the staff behind the counter very unpersonable. The only thing that was good was the AC fan ran well. We would not return.

The room was dirty and in ill-repair. The TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, all of the lamps weren't working, I could only get one working. I switched rooms and the second room was a little better but not much.

I should have known better when there were no photos of the rooms. It was intended for a quick two night stay. Upon entering the room it had an odor, the room was dirty as well as the bathroom. Dirty walls and baseboard and unsure if linens were clean or repurposed. It was loud outside and in adjoining rooms that kept us up at night. We did not stay past the one night and while I checked out early I am still waiting on a refund for the 2nd night.

I arrived at Super 8 by Wyndham Indio and they did not have my reservation. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Hotels.com team and they did nothing. I had to drive 3 hours back home. I did not get any compensation for this huge mishap and inconvenience for my family. I will never use Hotels.com again. Be warned they don't do anything to help you because ultimately it is up to the hotel to decide if they want to help you or not.

First, the staff was wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. Would be have given all stars but I'm the to room needed a bit updating and maintenance. Bathroom sink was to stuck on hot water, the bar holding the shower curtain was very loose and falling, there was mold on the walls of the shower, and we had a lot of trouble opening the door, it would become jamed even when it lit up green with the key card. At night I could see a large gap in the door to outside. Not all the outlets and lamps worked. We rented the Deluxe room with 2 queen beds. It was clean. Just would have been nice if room had looked like the updated room on the websight. They did have breakfast which was nice.

The worst. NO INTERNET!. Broken coffee maker probably from Temu for $1. The worst pillows like a beanbag. The wall are filthy, curtains old and stained. The continental breakfast no juice no pastries just warm coffee and Kirkland breakfast bars. Not a comfortable stay.

Filthy, disgusting and gross everything about this place this HORRIBLE! Customer serviice is mediocre,they ask you for a security deposit in CASH! Attitude not the best! Stayed there as an emergency only! But, will NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!

This hotel ranks as one of the worst I have stayed in. 1- The flooring was so dirty it left our socks black. 2- Saw two roaches and showed photos to the desk clerk. 3- The walls are thin and it was noisy. 4- There were two different remotes intended for the T.V. and neither would work until the manager came to my room and went thru several settings. 5- The WiFi was about useless you moved around the room. 6- I tried to find another hotel but nothing was available.

The worst experience here is so nasty!! The rooms had so many animals hairs dusty plus all nasty sheets with pop stains on them…. They didn’t have maids to clean my rooms was not what I had ordered I had booked two together rooms and I had them moved and far from each other. The whole building was dirty and windowsill was dirty and more I can’t believe all i experienced here they also didn’t have the room ready by 2 check ins I was late to check in arrival was at 4pm and didn’t have the rooms even ready to check in…. I’ll NEVER forget this day and will NEVEr book here again!!!! Nasty nasty nasty!!!!! Omg I’m so impressed

made reservations through hotel.com. staff couldnt find confirmed reservation. was supposed to have a ground floor room, gave me an upstairs room and the room was broken down and unclean. furniture tattered, curtain off the rack, telephone non operational, floors filthy, tv not operational and cracked and taped. Even the parking lot was dirty with beer cans. The worst site I have ever stayed at with Hotels.com. I would remove this listing if I were Hotel.com rep. I could go on and on. I moved out after the first night and asked for a refund, even though I had a 3 day stay paid for. Pictures do not accurately reflect the horrific condition of this location. it was like a crack house, nothing close to the pictures.

Rooms are disgusting. Every sheet blanket and towel had stains. There was 3 of us and a roll away cot was offered at 25$ a day and it ended up being a camping cot that also had multiple stains on the mattress. The bathroom was atrocious and the shower curtain was also stained severely. Aside from the two brothers that manned the counter who were helpful and super cool, this hotel is incredibly gross.
