According to the hotel no breakfast on the weekends. Also they said they would do something special for my husband because it was its birthday. I sent them an email and called as well no answer or email. I paid for amenities none. And the Tesla charger wasn’t working when it was was. I asked to be called when it was and no one called. Receptionist very bad in customer service.

No elevator, which makes bringing a suitcase up the winding stairs and across two small sets of stairs and through a door a bit chalenging if you are elderly. Breakfast had fresh fruit but no protein. That would be better (eggs at least, if not sausage or bacon. ) Staff was not at the desk when I arrived to check in and I waited 10 minutes until I finally went into the break room. Staff member (for desk) had to be hunted down. A walkie talkie or work phone would be appropriate if the desk person needs to be away from the desk. Otherwise, quiet and clean room, well appointed.
