We had an amazing time! My two-year-old thoroughly enjoyed it too. The staff and guests were incredibly friendly, and I would highly recommend this place. The pool party was kid-friendly, which made my stay enjoyable.

Overall not bad.

Overall, it was a good stay—relatively affordable for Coachella weekend. The hotel is definitely a bit rundown, and the front desk staff weren’t the friendliest. That said, there were a lot of parties happening, which made the atmosphere fun. Our air conditioner made some wild noises throughout the night, and the carpet was pretty dirty. Luckily, we just needed a place to crash before heading to the festival. It’s about an hour from the festival grounds.

I absolutely loved the hotel and my stay but my low ratings are due to the fact there was hair in my shower when I first came in the room, I easily just rinsed it down the drain but still an easy spot that housekeeping should have done a better job at cleaning. My main overly low rating is due to the fact there was no warning the pool would be closed at 3pm one of the days of my stay and not open til the following day. Not only did the pool close at 3 the previous day they had to start moving the pool chairs and day beds out of the pool area for the event. After moving majority of stuff out, I’m assuming after many complaints they started to put some chairs / day beds back for people to lounge on. At this point they had asked me to moved like 3 times I ended up laying in the grass on the floor that entire day and next day or at least while the pool was open until it closed at 3pm for the event. I completely understand it being Coachella and hosting events at the hotel I also am in the service industry but their should have been some sort of announcement on there website stating the event and what came with it such as the pool being closed early one day, and chairs being taken out of the pool area a day prior, like I said i understand it being Coachella but I myself was not there for that as were many other families not there for that during the week and there to relax by the pool for the week and enjoy the hotel amenities which felt cut short for some.

My daughter's shoes were stolen the first and only night we stayed at the hotel. Service at the restaurant was poor. Rooms are dated, furniture is old and uncomfortable.

Great value! El Jefe restaurant on site is very good as well. Free parking was a nice bonus. Room was large and private balcony was great to have. Free bikes for borrowing very convenient.

The cleaniness of the hotel was highly lacking. I did not expect for the price of a regular weekend one night stay that it was worth $400. The bathroom was dirty. The soap bottles and lotion were not clean and anyone could tamper them. There was cords hanging from with an extension cord for the lights above the night stand that were just very unappealing and tacky. The air quality from the A/C was really bad and made the room feel very musty and humid. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort or quality.
