I love this resort my family and i come all the time for vacation. Kid friendly as well as adult time friendly. Rather vacationing with the family or a romantic getaway with your spouse this is definitely the perfect place to relax and have fun atvthe same time. I highly recommend this place.

When we checked in and were leaving, a salesman came from the other side and started selling promotions non-stop. Even when I said I didn't need one, he kept asking why I didn't need one. It was so absurd. Even though my family was waiting outside, he was so rude and kept on nagging me... Even when we got to our room, they called us every day to ask if we had seen the flyers they left under the door. Even when we said we didn't need them, they kept asking what the flyers were about. I don't know if these people are employees of the resort or if they're an outside company, but they ruined our vacation from the first day until the last.

Aggressive sales tactics in the main lobby

I was Harassed after checking in by sales personnel. They tried to force feed me a sale even after I said I have an emergency to take care of they tried to keep me in the reception lobby. Worst experience ever.

This was a really nice place for my family. The pools were great, the activities were fun, the rooms were amazing. However, we did find that even though the staff was nice, they were pushy about getting a time-share and even called us in our hotel room at 9:00 pm. We wanted to participate in the activities, not leave our kids to go to a time-share meeting. Also, the arcade is a joke. Do not waste your money!! It’s incredibly expensive.
