'Reel Time' is a beautiful, very private oceanfront property with unobstructed access to the beach. With 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and an additional large outside shower, this house comfortably sleeps 10. And with decks on both the beach and bay sides, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets year round! The 60ft screened porch on the ocean is also ideal for porpoise watching while sipping your morning coffee. We also have a 300 ft. Dock for fishing and crabbing. We have four crab pots to use.
With 2 fully stocked kitchens, the house is furnished to host larger groups and families vacationing together. Being ground level with few stairs, this house is also ideal for elderly or families with children.
If you're here for some of the best fishing , you'll be excited to hear the house is located only 0.5 miles away from the Alligator Point Marina & Tiki Hut. The house is also equipped with a convenient fish washing station to clean your fish before throwing them on the grill for dinner! Or put them in the freezer under the parking structure to freeze before heading home.

The best beach house ever!

We had the best week at a beach than we’ve ever had. The house had everything we needed from fully stocked kitchens to cook in to a paddle board and kayaks to play with. I can’t wait to book the house again next year.

This is a well cared for property with quality furnishings, we were very comfortable. It's in a good location, quiet, easy to walk into town. We happened to meet Brad, Scarlett and their 3 children on arrival, and they were very friendly. We especially appreciated the rapid and helpful responses to all our queries. Loved the house. Everyone had lots of room and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the back porch watching the sun come up and dolphins play and pelicans dive for breakfast.

This property has everything you need for the week. The kitchens are fully equipped and there are plenty of outdoor toys, chairs, grills, etc.! My only concern was the distance to groceries and other necessities but everything worked out great!!

What an amazing piece of paradise. The house was very clean and had everything you will need. You walk straight onto the beach. We fished, swam, and even saw porpoises. I would highly recommend if you want a peaceful vacation away from tourists.

We had a great time here! The water and sand were perfect. The property is as advertised. The 2 kitchens are great for a family that cooks too. By way of constructive criticism the cushions on the furniture and the pillows need to be replaced - minor inconvenience though.
