Great Vacation Spot

The condo was very nice and clean. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. We had great weather all week for the beach and witnessed beautiful sunsets from our balcony. Beach chairs and an umbrella are included for the beach. It is an easy walk to Pier Park and other eating places. It's also just across the street from Top Golf. We had a wonderful week and look forward to coming back in the future.

Great condo with a fabulous view

The rooms and the inside had a great tiuch and flow and the balcony with the nice chairs was amazing morning and night. Definitely well worth the money and would stay here over and over...also easy access side elevator cut out lots of foit traffic. Definitely recommend!!

This condo was beautiful and everything was perfect and exactly as described. Entry and departure procedures were straight forward and very easy. When we called maintenance for anything it was addressed very quickly and fixed properly. The view of the ocean, pool, and pier from the patio was perfect! Thanks for a great stay and experience.

Wonderful Getaway!

I just enjoyed a great week staying in this unit for vacation with two other family members. What a beautiful unit! They've created a calm and relaxing vibe in every room, perfect for after a day in the sun. I have rented PCB condo units from the Warrens for many years and hope to be able to continue to do so. ⭐️ Sunsets, Comfort, and the Perfect Beach Condo – We’ll Be Back!

We had such a wonderful stay at Calypso Tower 408E! The condo was perfectly located above the pool with a beautiful view overlooking the beach. Every evening we sat on the balcony and watched the sunset — it was breathtaking. It truly felt like God paints a brand new masterpiece in the sky every night. One of the best perks was the beach chair service that came with the condo. It made our beach days so easy since we didn’t have to drag chairs and umbrellas down with all the other things we bring to the beach. The condo itself was spotless — truly clean, clean, clean! The mattresses were so comfortable and the sheets were soft and fresh. The bathrooms were nicely upgraded and everything felt well cared for. The kitchen was also well stocked with plenty of cookware, which made it easy to prepare meals. They also provide thoughtful extras like dishwasher pods, a brand-new packaged sponge, and even laundry pods for the washer, which we really appreciated. After a long day at the beach, we loved relaxing and watching movies in the evenings with the DirecTV channels. Check-in and checkout were extremely easy, and Mitch was fantastic to work with. His instructions were always clear and user-friendly, and he was very prompt with responses whenever we had a question. You can tell he really pays attention to the details to make sure guests have a great stay. We had such a great experience and will absolutely be back. 408E definitely has our attention and we plan to be returning guests for years to come! Until next time!

As advertised and then some!

Awesome location witheasyaccessanda greatocean view, spotless upon arrival, everything worked perfectly. Will absolutely book again. Even the kitchen knives were sharp as an example of the attention to detail. Can't say enough about how satisfied we were. Honestly never even contacted the host because there was never a need.
