I love Regency Towers so much we ended up purchasing another.. Parking fee 40.00 per car per stay

the only downfall was the repair work to the condo's during the day there was a lot of noisei know the owners have no control over thatthe condo was very clean, the furniture, towels, chairs on the balcony were all very nice, great kitchenwould for sure stay there again

Beautiful view! Very comfortable bed. Balcony was perfect with comfortable sitting area. Comforter hadn’t been washed prior to us being there bc it had some dirty places on it, no big deal- I took wash rag with soap and cleaned them off. Table outside hadn’t been wiped off, no big deal. Just small things. Then the light directly out the front door wasn’t working, so it was dark. We didn’t report any of these things to the owner while there bc they weren’t serious problems and didn’t affect our trip. We had a great time and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean with easy access to the pool and beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Contacting the owner was simple and she helped with all the questions I had! We definitely plan on coming back!

Just relaxing at PCB

Wonderful place right on PCB with amazing views of the gulf. This relaxing getaway has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. We appreciated the end unit with its beach/sea decorated rooms and privacy. Host was responsive to questions/concerns, prior to and during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

A really nice place for a couple

This is a very well kept place. It has wonderful sunsets and a gulf view. 24 hour security and gated parking. There is a Dollar General just across the street for most of what you might need. Parks, museums, and water activities along with many tourist attractions. There is also many shops and resturants. We really enjoyed our stay THANKS!
