Welcome to The Seahorse…the most incredible, family friendly, fun home in PCB!

Seven night minimum stay during Spring Break and Summer seasons. Saturday/Sunday arrival and departure only.

The Seahorse is ideally located, directly on the beach, right in the heart of Panama City Beach.

STEP OFF THE PATIO and onto the sugary white sands. This home is the ultimate in convenience and privacy.

A total of 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, lovingly curated, and artfully decorated. You will LOVE this place.

The Seahorse consists of 2 adjacent homes connected by a spacious balcony. "The Cottage" is a quaint, fully renovated 1930s home consisting of 3BR/2BA. The abundance of windows gives an "on the beach" feeling. The quintessential 3BR/2BA beach front "cottage" sleeps 9 comfortably. The two-story home has 3BR/2½BA. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the perfect place for sunrises and sunsets.

The home sleeps up to 18 in absolute comfort without ever feeling cramped.

The Seahorse features multiple Master Suites and 2 fully stocked kitchens for any chef in the crowd.

Your family will delight in the expansive Gulf Front patio with ample outdoor living. These gulf front Patios are incredibly RARE and offer an amazing opportunity to really be ON THE SAND without any cumbersome stairs.

The patio provides a private hot tub. A charcoal grill is available and plenty of seating to share a meal while enjoying the famous Emerald water and sunsets. There is a generous area for lounging the day away while listening to the soft sounds of the murmuring surf just steps away.

THIS vacation will provide memories of a lifetime.

Later in the day, make sure to catch the Incredible sunsets on your private second floor sundeck…the perfect place for a cocktail as you watch the big orange ball slowly set into the blue sea.

There is ample parking on two separate driveways. The larger drive can even accommodate a trailer or an RV. One of the driveways is gated which provides a sense of security.

The Seahorse is located only 2.4 miles from the famous Pier Park and Gulf World. It is the perfect location for all area attractions, restaurants and everything that makes Panama City Beach an amazing experience.

The Seahorse is also perfect for small children. Will take dogs under 25lbs with a fee of $225 and must be approved in advance!

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE TRAVEL INSURANCE DURING HURRICANE SEASON BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER

The one-story cottage:

Gulf front living area, fully stocked kitchen, generous dining area, expansive outdoor patio, and privacy walls.

Master with King bed and ensuite bath (sleeps 2)

Bedroom with King bed (sleeps 2)

Bunk Room has 2 queen bunk beds and a separate twin bed (sleeps 5)

The two-story Gulf Cottage:

The upstairs gulf front living room has easy access to the balcony and boasts of a fully stocked kitchen, a king-size bedroom with a full bath.

The king master upstairs has an additional day bed and ensuite bath (sleep up to 3) with a walk-in closet.

King bedroom downstairs with ensuite bath (sleep 2) with a walk-in closet.

Bunk Room with 2 queen bunk beds, twin bed (sleep up to 5) with easy access to the half bath.

NOTES:

This home is ONLY available to families. Absolutely NO college groups or house parties.

Must be 28 to rent AND must have a Parent or legal guardian staying in the house for the duration of the stay.

No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs tolerated.

A minimum of a 4-night stay on off-season.

Weddings and events can be considered, but they require approval in writing and in advance. Additional fees are required and payable in advance.
