To ensure a wholesome family environment, we rent to **family groups only**

Sailfish is a beachfront townhouse complex with only eleven units on 250' of the world's most beautiful beaches. Bright and stylish, the first level offers the living and dining areas, a roomy kitchen and a bath with a shower. The living area overlooks a nice size beachfront deck area and those lovely beaches which are just a few stair steps away. The two bedrooms, both nicely decorated, share a bath with a large vanity area and the Tub/Shower Combo and the toilet are separate. There is a stack washer and dryer in the hall upstairs. The master bedroom has a balcony with the panoramic view of the sugar white sands and emerald waters. Features include Cable TV, WIFI, dishwasher, microwave, stack washer and dryer.

The townhome was in bad shape. Musty smelling with water draining underneath the dwelling into the ground. There were many flying and crawling insects. The bed / furniture was terribly old and uncomfortable. The pots and pans were very warn and old. The entire dwelling needs an update with fresh paint, updated showers restrooms, doors, windows , siding and base boards replaced. Many pieces were crumbling off. The pipes make noise all day. The washer had a fowl smell coming from it and made aloud noises while operating. The doors don’t fit and are falling off the laundry closet. Overall the beach is beautiful and we were lucky to have great weather. I have used VRBO for over 20 years and am a frequent traveler. This is my first complaint. I was astounded that someone would charge folks over 3000 of hard earned money to stay in such an uncomfortable place. It saddens me that property owners/ agents do not take morePride in the experience and Accommodations they are delivering. I wasn’t expecting a grand place. However cleanliness and upkeep, with comfortable furniture and amenities , should at the very least be staples of any property. Lastly, the property manager spoke to me after my arrival and said he was taken aback by my complaints. I won’t even go into how inappropriate a response that was. I was taken aback, as there was no offer of a discount or aSolution to the issues. Furthermore , housekeeping showed up at 7:30am the day of departure. No warning. Just walked in

Over all a Good Trip

Nice little place on the water; we had a good time. I recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies as there were none to work with in the place. The 2nd floor gets very muggy, as beach homes often do, so make sure you keep the curtains pulled during the day and you might like to bring a small fan for the room without a ceiling fan.

Great location!

Great location. Check in process was very easy, the after hours communication was very efficient. We left a voice mail and they called us back within minutes. Only issue was the downstairs portion of the unit was not very clean. The upstairs and the bathrooms were clean and ready for use.

Awesome at Sailfish

Was very clean, linens were in great shape and towels were generous. The view you can’t beat. Husband didn’t like the tv set up, but I’m not about that lol. The deck is fabulous but the umbrella needs replaced. Had to have two people raise and lower but we managed. Would stay there again. Thanks so much for letting us get away and decompressing.

Nice little spot

Enjoyed our long weekend get away with the WHOLE family! The property was exactly as described. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 small children plus the good dog. Could use some updates and there was trash left under the deck but overall had a great time.

Great Stay

It was all about the amazing view and location!!!

Everything was perfect but I feel like the place just needs a little TLC. Again I have no complaints about the location. The sand and beach were so beautiful! We experienced the most amazing sun rises and sunsets!!! Also, the stars were bright and the moonlight on the water was unforgettable!
