They are doing remodeling and plan to shut down the property but started early and the noise and smell was so bad we just left early and we spoke with front desk who said to speak with Expedia and I haven’t heard much from Expedia on this

Flooring worn but a very clean property. Price, view and friendliness excellent. The only lack of service was demonstrated through two requests for a coffee maker replacement went ignored. Parking is tight when full but only occurred once within a four-night stay. All rooms appear to have an excellent ocean view.

Bed was very uncomfortable, slept on couch. No wash clothes, had to ask for room to be cleaned and they did not make the bed just emptied trash and vacuum.

Was disappointed in the room was not what was expected. Kitchen was dated microwave handle broken, chairs on deck broken, tub did not drain well and toilet did not flush well. Housekeeping did not provide adequate towels,washcloths etc for two people

The property is falling apart. Our room was filthy and the head housekeeper finally came and helped some. Cleaning staff did not do their jobs and we had to beg on the 4th day to have our beds cleaned and for new towels. Lighting in the room barely worked and the one lamp fell apart. The bulb was a 7 w and really didn’t do anything. Our phones were the best source of lighting. The lady at the front desk was not nice at all. I do not recommend this place. Also we were told that because we booked through Expedia that we were given the worst rooms.

Could improve front desk knowledge

Frustrated at check in. I booked through hotel.com. I called hotel directly to see how much I needed for deposit at check in… already paid for room on website. Was told $100 security deposit, $48 hotel fee for total of $148. When I checked in I was told an additional $48 due. I also inquired about the beach chairs and umbrellas if there was a charge for that and was told no. Hotel supplies them only to find out it’s $40 a day. So beware of the additional cost they spring on you and apparently the people at front desk have no idea what they are doing. The room was great. Clean with beautiful balcony view. Has to ask for wash clothes as there were none in our room. And Coffee in lobby was always empty even early am.

We love it here! So clean and spacious and the view is breathtaking—right on the beach! Staff is super friendly and helpful.
My sister and I need separate rooms so we can remain sisters!
