Cape Side Breeze on alle kahden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Persianlahdelta yksityiselle tielle taitavalle rantakadulle ja kauniille North Cape San Blas -rannalle. Cape Side Breeze on kaikki mitä tarvitset edulliseen rantalomalle.

Our home is on a septic tank. Please do not put anything in commode besides toilet paper. NO wipes, sanitary products no napkins.
Late check out is $50 per 30 minutes, enforced after first15 minutes
Each comforter, mattress pad, couch cover, etc that has to be laundered due to extensive use, being left dirty will be $35 each.

It was amazing! Loved how quaint it is. Perfect for 2 people. Loved the porch in the evening and the outdoor shower once you get off the beach which is maybe 50 yards. This is a hidden gem that we will be back too. Thank you Wanda for everything! Wish it had a washer and dryer but we went to PSJ did some laundry and had breakfast. 10/10 for this place!!

Always so peaceful

We just stayed our second time at this property. It is a perfect space for two and very affordable! The property owners are always very responsive and the property is always clean and well maintained. We love the proximity to the beach and nearby businesses as well as the privacy provided by the landscaping in the yard.

Best Beach Trip Ever

This is a lovely, secluded, small beach cottage that is perfect for two. Reminds you of old Florida. Easy short walk to beach and store and fish market. It is not a fancy high rise and perhaps that might be one of the best features. Outdoor shower has cold and hot water and is great. Property is well maintained and very clean. I will most definitely stay again in near future.

Wonderful retreat

I had a lovely several days at Cape Side Breeze in November. The unit is great and well equiped. I especially like the screened in porch and the skylights in the bathroom and kitchen. The area is very quiet and yet the cottage is very close to the beach and to everything you need for a relaxing vacation

Cozy cottage with beach access just steps away. Completely satisfied with our stay and communicating with the host was easy and quick. We had no complaints at all. Very nicely decorated in a beach theme, the bed was comfortable, furnishings clean and overall cleanliness of the property was great.

Loved Capeside Breeze and Cape San Blas

I loved Capeside Breeze. It is tiny, but that is all we needed. It was cute, and clean, and I loved the setting. It is situated on a little street with several smaller rentals, but this was the only one with a pretty yard and a private setting. Very short walk to the beach where I walked every morning while waiting for hubby to roll out of bed! My ONLY negative is out of the control of the host; trash and dumpster pick up VERY early, almost every morning which was tough for a light sleeper. This, however, would not keep me from returning.

Perfect for 2

Capeside Breeze was perfect for the 2 of us-bed was comfortable, kitchen stocked with all you need, the screened in porch (which is must for me) was spacious and my husband even had a “man cave” to hang out in with a bbq, picnic table and a place for our bikes and fishing gear! Can’t wait to come back!

Neat little spot

Perfect spot for a couple to enjoy a little vacay! I will say the walk down the wooden trail is a little steep at the end perhaps for older folks, but nonetheless, a great spot and there are precautions set up to aid in the walk down the path at the end. Very clean, tidy, and organized!
