Would not recommend

One elevator was broken and the other one was very slow. Also my husband got stuck on the elevator. We couldn’t cook on the stove because the eyes were not right for the stove.

We could not check in early after being told around 1 was fine, room was still not ready at 3:40 so they gave us a different one that was infested with roaches and the a/c in the sleeping area was not cooling so it was hot trying to sleep.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and the room I had then was much better than the one we had this past weekend. Room 204 should just be converted to storage. Between the industrial blower in the room to dry up the moisture and circulating the mold spores around and the ridiculously dirty floor. It was bad.

Our stay was ok but could’ve had better chairs and more garbage cans. There was no tables or anything and wasn’t very clean when we first got there but the pool was nice and the staff was nice and we liked having the ice machine so it wasn’t completely bad

Need to fix roach problem. Fix the shady elevators. Needs to be updated. Overall room was neat and tidy. One of thebbeds had dry blood thst should have been cleaned before i got into my room. Staff was wonderful and everyone was so nice.

Beautiful beach front however the hotel is in desparate need of cleaning and an upgrade. The pictures advertising the property looked nothing like the actual rooms. The elevators where very sketchy, hot and slow. The room was disgusting, broken dirty cabinets in the kitchenette, the plates, silveware and cups had old food dried on them, dirty toilet, no hand towels or washcloths. The only positive was the beautiful balcony overlooking the Gulf of America!

On our second night there was an issue with the sprinkler system next door which caused water leakage to our room, it damaged our charging cablee and the only thing we got was we will send someone to clean the water. On our fourth night someone hit our car in the parking lot and the only thing management could say was that they were sorry. Definitely not going back.

The rooms had no weather stripping so there was 4 inches underneath the door that led outside. Roaches, black mold, humid room with no relief. All around disgusting stay with a 50 dollar hold PER NIGHT that was not previously stated. People who didn’t stay there were at the pool and using the beach access. Will never stay again.

Was over charged in my deposit, someone who was staying there linger had a smaller deposit than us even though they charged 50 per night. Our room key stopped working halfway through, elevators were sketchy as hell, pipes ended up bursting in parts of the hotel. Room was ok for the price.

The hotel was older so it wasn’t as fancy as the ones around it, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Stores and food within walking distance. The view was beautiful. Every room had a personal balcony. The pool was nice. The beach was literally steps away from the pool. And you can’t beat the price
