Our king suite was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the basics we needed. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and abundant. The location was excellent- hundreds of restaurants (casual to a bit more upscale) within 2 to 10

The room was actually a small condo- kitchen with refrigerator and gas stove, washer and dryer. The bedroom had a king sized bed- comfortable and spacious. The common room included dining area, desk/chair and sofa and tv. Huge beautiful picture window with city view. It was a perfect place to stay for two weeks. The area is vibrant, walkable and full of dining and shopping options, not to mention the close proximity to the metro station. The staff is friendly and welcoming. You cannot go wrong.

Das Frühstück ist gut. Verschiedenes zur Auswahl und jeden Tag gab es etwas anderes. Die Zimmer waren gut. Leider kleine Blutflecken auf der Bettwäsche. Manchmal hat die Reinigungskraft die Duschtücher mitgenommen und vergessen neue im Zimmer zu lassen. Es war Nachts sehr laut im Hotel von Gästen und von draussen. Bis spät in die Nacht von Gejohle und Geschrei draussen im Gang und dann ab 4 Uhr früh Lärm vom Hotelpersonal. Schlaf war sehr schlecht. Daher sollte man Zimmer in den oberen Etagen buchen.

Busy area, ample space in tower 1&2 units but very outdated. A/c was not functional but was immediately fixed with one call. Dryer not working but in unit washer was very convenient. Breakfast options were limited and they should consider expanding serving area based on busy booking time. Staff was great! I would definitely stay there again for visit or long term in tower 3 (superior rooms).

-Cleanliness can be better inside the shower. - Toiletries : they have been reduced to shampoo/conditioner tube and a quarter size of soap. For the price you charge to 19 floor/ Tower3 something better is excepted. - The safety box was broken. It opened easily without forcing it. - The only mirror is the one in the bathroom above the sink, the room doesn’t have it. - Good location, good breakfast, staff friendly and willing to help.
