the hotel didn’t acknowledge the VIP package. i didn’t press it either. i don’t think the management understands how to operate these types of promotions. i believe this is a US type of promotions and actions. The french look at these times of things and probably roll their eyes when they see it calling it useless. the hotel is crowded with wealthy middle easterns who biped their noses with douro bills. the hotel does not need any promotions to get people in. so i think expedia should reconsider these types of promotions as the french truly don’t care.

The front desk staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to communicate with you and make sure you had everything you needed. The service was exceptional. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel itself was beautiful. Very modern, spacious, and well designed rooms . Also, you cannot beat having free laundry on the premises! I highly recommend this hotel.

It was ok. Location is convenient to subway so easy to get around. Room is fine and has bath tub which is critica breakfast not worth the price. Stop on corner cafe and eat for a fraction and will be better. Staff is polite and helpful
