The garden seating area was lovely and inviting. The breakfast buffet offered good, tasty variety. The property was well maintained. The staff was generally helpful and polite. The location was within walking distance of the Gare du Nord and the Marais. I did not like having to leave the key card each time we left the hotel and it was a little challenging for my disabled father to move around the hotel comfortably.

Location was very good with easy access to the Metro. Several very good restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold selections. Courtyard was so beautifully kept.

Loved the area around this hotel. A bit away from the city centre bit still full with lots to do from many bakeries and restaurants to many vintage and small boutique shops. The hotel was nice and clean. Good enough to stay the night and relax a bit. The breakfast was also decent and included in the price which was nice. Would definitely book again with this hotel.

Nice area, easy to get too via metro. Looks renovated. Breakfast is a bit scarce in terms of food variety, can’t recommend. Staff is Polite and accommodating. The room was small, nice mattress, poor pillow quality. It’s unlikely I’ll be back.

Great all around!!!

It was an almost last minute trip to Paris and it didn't disappoint. Hotel was great and staff were amazing and very helpful when I needed it. It is in a wonderful neighborhood, I will definitely stay there again!!!

Very convenient near metro and safe location. Lots of places nearby to eat. It was hard staying with two people and luggage in very small rooms. No ice machine and would not advise breakfast on site as it was expensive, had to wait for refill of food and very limited seating in breakfast area including outside garden.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is becos we stayed here during the Olympics and paid for a five star hotel and this clearly isn’t one. So “for value” I’m not going there. BUT. That aside. The owner was v warm and welcoming. The rooms are basic but you cannot fault them. Impeccably clean, comfortable bed, v good quiet air conditioning, nice decent shower-room. As a 3 star it’s a great hotel for Paris. Brilliantly located for the Marais, great transport links and the street itself so quiet. So I can only applaud them and if I came to Paris again at normal rates it’s worth the money. Charming, clean and friendly.

We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Alhambra for our trip to the Olympics. Very close to the metro and lots of options of places to eat nearby. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and our room was comfortable. Would definitely return.
