I got charged extra for each person each night I have not heard of this at any other location so very disappointed this happened to me also last time and I should've learned I shouldn't have stayed there but I did anyways so next time I will look for another property because that's ridiculous

The building is beautiful. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were kind. My negative review is mainly because of the misleading listings. The listing says it has a pool and hot tub, which haven't been open since before covid, and the fitness center is just two treadmills in a locked room which you need to find a staff member to open for you.

so me and my elderly mother checked in a little before midnight after traveling all day from a family emergency. when checking in the gentleman asked if we’d like the first or second floor I said second will work. He did say that there was no longer Elevator so I told him the first because my mother is elderly and she has a lot of breathing issues so then I’m not sure what reason he assigned us to room 137, which is quite the hall to get down the hallway when we get to the room it was very very cold so while I had to go back to the vehicle to get something you left I simply asked the front desk if there’s any way I could get an extra blanket or two at this point, I felt like I was being an inconvenience they told me that I couldn’t get an extra blanket. They just didn’t have any and he said well we can give you a sheet if that will help and I was like well. I don’t think a sheet is gonna do much then he kind of tapped his finger on the table and said you know you could always turn the thermostat up in your room. I just thought that was very rude. I’ve been a customer service for 30 years. You can’t give me a blanket. OK so I told him that we were just going to leave the facility and get another and go to another hotel while we are finished packing our things back up he tried to call and I didn’t answer and when we’re getting ready to leave the room, he was about to knock on the door with a fresh stack of blankets and sheets and he said no no you can just stay here and I to
