Our toilet was broken would not flush handle broken - we were there for my daughters dance competition and totally inconvenienced. I was charged for parking twice when normal places you don’t even pay for parking at all. Horrible stay will never return to this place

For the price charged, this hotel was definitely disappointing. The cleanliness was questionable—particularly the coffee maker, which looked like it had never been washed. Additionally, the room had two bottles of water with a note stating that non-loyalty members would be charged, which felt unwelcoming. Breakfast was not included, and the prices at their market were excessive—I paid $12 for a small water and an ice cream. The view from my window was nothing special, just a rooftop. The only highlight of my stay was the access to Crunch Gym, which had excellent equipment and made for a great workout experience. Overall, this hotel does not offer the value expected for the price. I wouldn’t recommend it unless access to the gym is a top priority.

Nice spot

This hotel was an amazing stay. We booked a King suite and it was recently remodeled. It was comfortable and clean. The TV remote and system were a ear to use, but that seems to be how most hotel TVs work now. The shower door was installed backwards (sliding) so some of the water found it's way onto the floor of the bathroom-not much, but enough to notice. They were renovating part of the downstairs lobby area, but it did not interfere with the front desk, bar, or food areas-which were all clean, fully staffed, and welcoming.

A great stay

We were visiting this hotel for a dance competition. The property is beautiful and the staff very friendly ans helpful. Check in time is 4pm but i was able to check in at 10am which was very helpful. The only downsides for us, the bedroom lighting is very dim, lots of small lights is hard to do makeup etc outside of the bathroom. This is a big hotel but the elevators are limited (at the time that stayed only 3) this is tough when there are 16 floors and over 250 rooms, we spent a lot of time waiting for elevators. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
