Good choice at breakfast. Very comfortable room. Large swimming pool, although as the hotel was busy, it was not easy to get a sun lounger at times. Friendly staff. Good location opposite the beach and central to all amenities

Worth the money

Good hotel very close to everything yet room was quiet. Great views from the huge window. Just one downside, the bathroom is very dark so it's not going to be easy to put make up on or shave.

Pattaya, Hard Rock Hotel vacation.

Hard rock Hotel Pattaya never disappoints! The beach front location is very convenient. Beach is literally right across the street. Their pool is always fun. Always spend several hours at the pool each vacation. The staff is always friendly fast and efficient and the service is great. This is my fourth stay at the hard rock hotel Pattaya, and I will return.

Great Atmosphere and Location!

Great place to stay. Near the beach and excellent swimming pool. Staff always pleasant and polite. The only criticism is, in my opinion, the room was a bit tired and not particularly spacious, the TV was quite small.

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and polite, breakfast was really nice. Room was really old, poor lighting and a bit dirty and smelly, had ants on bed and in the bathroom, water pressure was terrible. Hopefully will be better when rooms are renovated.

Property is very old inside hallways are very dingy in the hotel room and bathroom lighting,could not even see to shave. Facet was coming apart. They are very cheap with their towels and washcloths. I left the Holiday Inn to go to hard rock and I was very disappointed for an extra $35. There was no comparison. Holiday Inn was exceptional.
