LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays in summer only. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. 5-night minimum stays that fall between Saturdays are accepted from mid-Sep to mid-May - please call to secure your special booking requirements.
DISCLOSURE: Two wireless cameras monitor the property during non-rental periods only (disarmed during occupancy) - one on driveway tree faces under the house, the other on back of house faces the pool.
LITCHFIELD BEACH: This primarily residential community has a laidback vibe with a lot to offer, including easy access to miles of pristine beach, creek access via a small public boat launch, lush Lowcountry scenic vistas as well as a few shops and restaurants within walkable distance.
