Hotel room was decent with housekeeping everyday. They had a good breakfast buffet (no hot items available) & all day coffee/tea. Never got to using the pool since it was cooler weather. Overall good accommodation if you are visiting the area.

Nice hotel in a great location.

This is the second time we stayed here--great location, walkable to Penn Yan restaurants and bars. Very close to Keuka Lake and not far from Seneca Lake. Staff is friendly. Hotel room is clean and spacious. We will be back--one of the easiest & most convenient places to stay in the Finger Lakes

I had a lovely stay at this property. I especially like that the pool was open 7 am to 10 pm, and breakfast started at 6 am. And, breakfast had tons of choices. All the staff was cheerful and pleasant.

We've stayed here before but this time they had some challenges. We didn't arrive until 6pm, and the rooms weren't clean. We had to leave, go to dinner and then return. One of the front desk people was helping get the rooms ready (there were quite a few of us waiting for our rooms). The room was fine, bed comfortable, shower great. The morning breakfast showed they were still challenged. I had to ask for plates, the coffee area was a mess (which I cleaned up). The restroom by the lobby was out of toilet paper. I hope they get it worked out.

Unimpressed for the money

I reserved a single room with a king bed, it wasnt "ready" and got "upgraded" to a handicap accessible "suite", which seems like like I got another sink, a sitting space, and a smaller bed. Curtains wouldnt close properly, ottoman was broken, black mold growing on tub/shower fixtures, no additional TP, only 3 squares left on roll, 4 tissues in tissue box. Card keys had to be reset 3 times throughout my stay, yes I got locked out of my room. But AC worked well, as did tv and fridge and microwave.
Broken clip and missing curtain extender... made it difficult to close and really didnt darken room.
Broken with junk inside, upon arrival.
Ok, but not the king, that was reserved.
