Sunset Terrace on ainutlaatuinen, länsipään terassiyksikkö Beach Club Resortissa Pensacola Beachissä, FL.  Valtava Persianlahden puolella oleva parveke JA Pohjois-puolen parveke. Kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on sisäänkäynti jokaiselle parvekkeelle ... hämmästyttävä! Näytä koko saari tästä huoneistosta. Kun olet viettänyt päivän rannalla, lähde ulos parvekkeelle, ja sinä voit nauttia lämmin oranssi ja punainen väri, kun aurinko laskee taivaalla.  YLLÄ PITÄÄ PARADISSA! Beach Club on paras paikka Pensacolan rannalla. Kävele kaikkeen, jossa on tarjolla ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia. Great Stay

Location was fabulous, didn't need a car once on Pensacola Beach if you are a walker like we are. Condo was perfect for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed, fully stocked! Loved the matching robes in the larger King room, but there were 2 couples so another set in the other King room would have been wonderful, also a full length mirror too maybe in the hallway outside the 3 bedrooms to share. We would definitely go back.

Absolutely fantastic

Six adults stayed at this beautiful condo … there was plenty of space for all of us. The views from the front and back balconies were gorgeous. Even though the weather was not fully cooperative, it was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins in the gulf. The kitchen was very nicely equipped and the property manager was very responsive to one small problem we experienced with the door lock. We would definitely return to this fantastic condo!

Family gathering.

We wanted a special place to bring family; especially a comfortable place for grandparents. This place seemed to check all the boxes. It was exactly as advertised. Comfortable and spacious. Stocked with everything you needed for a week stay. We rented four different units in this building and they were all perfect for each family. The end unit with four bedrooms was the most special of the four. I would not hesitate to rent in this building. It appears that all units are well appointed and maintained.

Great except for parking.

This was, I believe, our 5th time staying at this property. Each time we experienced the same issue with parking. We are four sisters and spouses meeting in Pensacola once a year. We come from 4 different directions. Therefore we have 4 vehicles. We’ve rented a condo with 4 bedrooms. Yet, we can only have 2 parking passes. This year two of the families met up to travel together so we needed only 3 passes. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for 8 people to have 4 parking passes. Some families come in only one vehicle. They might not need more than one pass. I would think you could accommodate one pass/bedroom as needed.especially as we travel in winter. I would ansk that you reconsider your policy. Other than this everything is wonderful. Thank you.

Invasion of privacy/peace

Property was nice but the noise from crew on scaffolding was most disruptive! Was hoping for nice, quite relaxing time on the balcony. But it was disrupted by the noise of dragging metal posts across the concrete and mexican workers hoisted up in front of our balcony while they worked. No one wants the view of workers, invasion of privacy and noise on their vaca!!

Overall great trip

Great trip and overall a great condo. Only a couple of pieces of feedback. The description listed a wine cooler which doesn’t exist. Also, a bit shocked not to have a pantry. The dining room rug had Grape Jelly all over it at checkin. I reported it and it never got cleaned up. A couple of pieces at the condo could use updating, namely the dining room chairs which are peeling badly and the washer and dryer which are quite dated, leaving clothes quite damp after washing and spin cycle. Beds, linens, good pillows, and a very well equipped kitchen made up for it.

We had a great stay -- The sunset terrace had wonderful view of the setting sun on the bayside. The unit was great for 3 adult couples and one infant. The balcony view Gulfside was wonderful. Looking forward to next year's trip.

Family friend vacation

The property was beautiful! Wonderful amount of space for two families to spread out. We loved all the extras that came with the unit (beach chairs and umbrella, ice maker, fully stocked kitchen, sauna and huge balconies with views). Easy access to pool and beach as well. It will go down as one of the BEST vacations and beach condo!

Beautiful Property

Every time we've stayed in a condo at The Beach Club, we've had a fantastic time. The property management staff is always friendly and helpful. The Beach Bum team personally called me to see if we had any concerns, questions, or needed help booking reservations, and they informed us that they were available for any of our needs. We liked the informative digital billboard and how simple it was to check in and out. I would strongly advise booking through VRBO or BeachBum!

Simply great in all aspects

Short family trip to beach in late January. Weather was not good, but condo and location were off the charts. Spacious, clean, incredibly balconies, fully outfitted, great workout facility and perfect location. Will definitely be coming back for week long stay soon!
