The king suite was nice until we noticed water coming up between the bedroom tiles. Plus the water wasn't draining well in the sink and the water wasn't going down well in the shower. My husband was standing in ankle deep water.
We went downstairs to speak with someone and they moved us to another king suite. As soon as we entered the room the smell of mustiness hit us. There was a humidifier in the corner so we knew there was a water problem
That was the final straw. We went and spoke with the staff again and told them that we were checking out the next day since it was late and we were so tired. They told us that this information would be passed on to the day manager. We had reserved through expedia so we called them and explained the situation. Expedia and hotel apparently discussed this sometime before the morning because we were issued a refund , minus the 1 night. The hotel staff was very understanding and professional. The hotel owner is the one who needs to get it together because we don't recommend this hotel at all. We unpacked twice in one day, totally ridiculous.
