Äskettäin päivitetty (2018) - upea sisustus ja näkymä !!

Laattalattiat - gourmet-keittiö - Roku-televisiot - ilmainen WiFi - tämä on täydellinen "rantatalosi".

Emerald Isle on 17-kerroksinen ylellinen korkea nousu noin. viisi hehtaaria 300 metrin päässä rannasta suoraan Meksikonlahdella. Tämä Persianlahden edessä oleva yksikkö sijaitsee 14. kerroksessa.

Siinä on oma parveke ja yksi kokonainen ikkunaseinä, josta on näköala uima-altaisiin ja kauniiden smaragdsinisten vesien valkoiseen hiekkarantaan!

Olohuoneessa on ulosvedettävä queen-vuodesohva sekä 40 'LCD / taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin, CD-soitin ja pääsy parvekkeelle, johon mahtuu kuusi-kahdeksan.

Mestarilla on king-vuode 32 tuuman LCD- / taulu-TV: llä ja DVR: llä, näkymä lahdelle ja liukuovet parvekkeelle. Master-kylpyammeessa on yhdistelmä suihku / puutarha-amme.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, jossa on 36 "televisio ja videonauhuri, ja näkymä Santa Rosa Sound -veteen.

Huoneistossa on kaksi palkkiokorkeaa nopeaa parisänkyä ja yksi palkkio korkeaa kerrossänkyä. Kaikissa ilmapatjoissa on sisäänrakennetut ilmapumput.

Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet!

Emerald Isle on ainoa paikka saarella olla punaisen, valkoisen ja bluesin viikon aikana! Blue Angels -tarkkalentojoukkue lähtee taivaalle ja esiintyy suoraan Emerald Isle -kadun edessä keskiviikkona, torstaina, perjantaina ja lauantaina! Nauti näyttelystä omalta parvekkeeltasi .... he lentävät silmien korkeudella!

Hissi on kätevästi etuoven ulkopuolella, mutta ei meluisa! Parkkipaikka on porteilla ja turvallinen, samoin kuin elektroniset suojatut sisäänkäyntialueet rakennukseen.

Hyvin keskeisellä paikalla kävelyllä hyviin ravintoloihin ja ostosmahdollisuuksiin! Muita aktiviteettejä vain muutaman minuutin päässä! Katso, että laivaston siniset enkelit lentävät yli pään istuen parvekkeella!

Gulf Breeze -eläintarha vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Pensacolan rannalta. Tässä eläintarhassa on yli 1200 eläintä, mukaan lukien 30 hehtaarin vapaa verkkovierailu villieläimiä. On myös mahdollisuus syöttää kirahveja käsin !! Toisen täytyy nähdä vierailusi aikana ... Such a beautiful place

My husband and i stayed here last week and it was heaven. We had everything we needed and couldn't have asked for anything more. Well maybe a little counter space in the bathroom but not everyone needs that. We hope to book this condo for many years to come.

Nice property, beautiful views and right in the middle of entertainment, food and shopping. We did have a mishap with our air conditioner not working for a few hours. KC was very attentive and called a repairman right away. Overall, great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The beach was beautiful. We saw dolphins, & sting rays. At night we used a flashlight on the beach and saw crabs. It is located to lots of shops and restaurants. My 3 year old is still talking about the “beach house”

Great Stay!

The condo was very well kept, very clean. KC was a gracious host. His handbook and tips came in quite handy and he was always quick to respond. Access to the beach and the chairs that were thrown in were perfect. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous and was a perfect place to sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. My friend and I were there for a girls' trip and we couldn't have been more relaxed. Would definitely recommend this place -- we've already talked about booking again!

Very Clean

The Condo was very clean with great views. Knute is the best owner we have ever dealt with. There was a hurricane possibly headed to Pensacola during our trip. He kept us updated before & during our stay. He is Johnny on the spot with any issue that might come up.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location. The accessibility and convenient location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants is fantastic! You can walk to everything in minutes! The pool is very nice also. Communication with the owner is easy and fast. We had an issue with the ice machine not working for our stay and she helped with a solution, but it would have been more convenient to have ice in our condo.

Great location, perfect for our family!

This was an amazing location in Pensacola Beach. Right on the water with a great pool and beach access. The space had two good sized bedrooms (one bedroom with an ocean view!) and 2 bathrooms which worked perfectly for my husband, toddler and I. The building was relatively quiet and the condo was very spacious for the 3 of us. KC did a great job providing an incredibly extensive guide for the area and the property and was super communicative through our trip. Check-in was very seamless and overall would highly recommend!

The location of the condo is excellent. It is close to restaurants, convenience stores, shopping and more. Beautiful view, clean, and furnished like your own home. The owner is very kind and makes sure your stay is the best!! I would definitely stay again!

This property was dated and needed to be painted. Had stains on the walls and ceilings. Had no area in either bathroom to place make-up or toiletries so they had to stay packed - even during use. Patio furniture was old and worn. Had only one working elevator for 17 floors of 136 condos, so the wait for an elevator was long and crowded. Only had three luggage carts and they were in high demand, so the wait was long to get one. Other than that, it was OK.

Perfect Get away

This property was perfect for my family. The condo is beautiful and well equipped with everything you may need. The property owner was so courteous and helpful with any questions that I may have had. We were late arriving due to airline issues and he checked on us via text to make sure all was good once we got settled. This property is the perfect location close to shopping, restaurants and night life. It was nice having both the pool and ocean available to swim in. Hot tub was nice as well. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again.

2024 Family Trip

We like to stay in this condo on our yearly trip if possible, but this was the first year in this particular suite. The view was fantastic and we were able to watch dolphins and rays from the balcony every day. The walk to the beach is short and easy, the chairs that come with it are convenient and the pool is always clean. The facility is always clean and well kept. Having small kids we love how secure the property is and all the guests are always welcoming. The property owner was always a message away and made sure we were taken care of. Would for sure be willing to come back.

Everything about our stay was awesome! The check in process was effective and easy. The condo was decorated beautifully, comfortable, and had amazing views of the water. The host was quick to respond and did check in to ensure things were going smoothly. This was our first time in Pensacola and we loved it. Everything was so convenient and we can’t wait to go back!!
