We have stayed at the Pensacola Beach Resort twice now and we will continue to come back here! The drinks and food offered at the resort are incredible. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient on the beach, providing a more quiet area vs the more popular public beach area (which is walkable from the hotel still). Rooms are clean and comfortable with a great view if you choose gulf front. 10/10

The property was outstanding & beautiful. The view from the pool to the Gulf was wonderful along with the gulf front room we had. Could not ask for a better experience! Five stars!

Very Clean - Be Aware of 18% Resort Fee

The rooms and facilities were very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and walking down to the beach. Only negative is that there is a 18% resort service charge attached to incidentals. Once you add the tip, everything get expensive fast.

My New Sweet Spot!

Beautiful resort, tons of parking, really friendly staff and great location. My only recommendation would be a better quality of toilet paper and better shower heads. The shower was huge, but only had one hand held shower head. The water also never stayed hot. But those things are minor compared to how great the views are and the cleanliness of the hotel and beach. I will definitely be back and would recommend this resort for solo trips or family vacations!

Good hotel with questionable room service

We never got our room serviced the whole time we were there and had to call a few times to get towels. I don’t think the room service people even bothered to attempt to clean. Aside from that it was a good stay.

When I arrived they had cancelled my Hotels.com reservation. They had to put me in a lessor room with no discount. They apologized and gave me two drink coupons. Big whoop. The hotels.com agent did everything she could and was very prompt.
