Overnight stay.

Rooms were clean. There was a bug in one of our rooms. Sheets and bedding were all clean. Our bed was uncomfortable but mainly because it was innerspring and we were used to memory foam. Overall good experience for the money.

The desk couldn't help with doing a military discount dew to the Expedia booking,they did not offer, desk was informative about the third party booking. Stay was good for the 1 night, breakfast was a bit of a stretch, good thing Waffle house is next door.

The bathroom sink sprayed water all over the counter, the peel-n-stick flooring in the bathroom was peeling up, mold around the shower trim and flooring, gauged walls, very old mattresses, no anti-skid in the bathtub...staff was friendly, however.

Paid for a king suite. Got a double room instead… I checked in late and we are going to bed almost right after we got in the room so I didn’t feel like waiting to see about getting it changed out. But I should get what the reservation said… hard when you got a wife, a newborn and a 4 year old to figure out the sleeping situation. Obviously cant all fit on a full size bed. Everything else was good but this is insane.

Damage Fees????

Hotel would not take a Cash App Card for incidentals...no problem. Our employee gave them the $100 cash for the incidentals. At checkout the next morning...he was delayed leaving until someone at the hotel went to the room and look for any damages! What? What type of customers stay here? The staff were friendly but hotel was not as mentioned in reviews. Our company will skip this Hotel for a while for our employees stays when our company is in this area.
