Regency Towers 202B - Come enjoy the peaceful views from this recently remodeled beachfront 2br/2ba condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. Every detail has been hand-selected and includes new couches, new bedding, new artwork, new flat-screen TVs in every room, new patio furniture and so much more. This condo features its own washer/dryer while other units in the complex do not.

Regency Towers are located just east of all the shops & restaurants of Pensacola Beach. The great thing about Regency is that you don't have to deal with the crowded condos and high rises right at the bridge, but yet it's only a short commute to enjoy all the shops & restaurants that we all love so much. There is also the FREE beach shuttle adjacent to the community that takes you up and down the Beach from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community amenities include a beachfront pool, community clubhouse, tennis courts, new pickle ball courts and elevator access.

The unit was NOT cleaned when we arrived. Cleaner came promptly after notifying manager. After cleaning, unit was a nice place and location. The pool however was closed for maintenance. Probably getting ready for Spring Break starting next week. I would stay again; perfect size for 4 guests. Located in quiet area, away from bars/restaurants, etc. Entire property was nicely maintained.

We loved staying on the quieter end of Pensacola Beach at Regency Towers. The overall complex was very quiet, not crowded and well maintained. The lobby had luggage carts and a really nice touch of having grocery carts for helping unload your groceries. The pool area was nice with a restroom that came in handy for the children not having to go all the way up to the room. The beach chair company was kind and helpful with having our included chairs out each day. The overall complex appears to be more of the 60 crowd which made for a really relaxing and calm vacation. The unit itself was nice and provided nice extras for making our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked and extra beach items were a nice touch. We would definitely stay again. Our only suggestion would be new towels especially the gold and blue due to them having a soured smell even after rewashing them. We will definitely suggest this unit to our friends and family for future vacations.

We really appreciated all the extras the unit had, such as cooking oil, salt, pepper etc. The closet full of beach chairs & beach toys was a plus. The only negative was the unit could use a deep cleaning. There was noticeable dust on all the decor and in the corners. There were cobwebs in the corners as well. The sheets and shower curtains had a mildew smell like they had sat in the washer too long before drying. That being said, we did enjoy our stay.

Very relaxing stay with excellent views. Quiet building. Had amazing selection of toys for the toddler not only for the room but for the beach as well. Complimentary chairs and umbrella was set up by 7am and left up until 6pm each day. Only negative about the place was that the toilets whistled for about 2 min every time you flushed, not sure how much control owner has over that. Would definitely stay again!

Fanastic family vacation. Kat had great restaurant recommendations. Property is well stocked with everything you need including rainy day games, puzzles, books for kids and adults. Not to mention all the beach and pool toys included too. Loves the 2nd floor location and being able to see the pool from the balcony. Quick walk to the beach. Loved everything about this place and would definitely recommend.

Unit was in great location but close to good restaurants. Room was very clean and Condo was easy to get in and out of. Only problem was keeping the TV connected to Xtream cable system. All rooms looked straight out to the beach I would book again.
