Loved the room except the air condition was not working. I asked twice about it. The first time they said they would check it and did not then the second time they did come check it and said it was broken. I originally said we did not want to change rooms and they sent 2 fans but then I requested to change rooms and they never contacted me to do so. Fans helped some but we ended up sleeping with door open! Also the breakfast was not very good. We did love the location, right on the beach and hearing the ocean from our room.

Hot tub and pool closed for renovation. Nice big room, but no tissues and coffee for only one. Had to add another day due to illness, and they were very helpful, even finding a discount on the extra day. Snack shop hasn’t been open. Lovely view. Really like the large room, nice shower.

Everything was excellent, the rooms, the view, the breakfast. The only issues were one of the elevator was down (which was fixed within a few hours) and the heated pool wasn't very heated.

I was traveling with my adult daughter, as we moved her to Florida. This was a very pleasant stay after 11 hours of driving. The double queen room - where the bathroom was in the middle, giving us our own space and tv was perfect after being in a car for so long. We both thought it was perfect.

Absolutely loved the view from our room! My husband, daughter and I stayed over Christmas so we were able to see our son before he deployed. The room was great. We had the king bed, and our daughter stayed on the pullout couch and had her own little area which was really nice! Weather was beautiful most days, so having the balcony that looked out to the ocean, was absolutely wonderful. The parking fee is the one thing I find absurd. Guests shouldn’t be charged for parking if they’re staying there. $25 a day is crazy. Please remove the parking fee!!! Otherwise, it was great and I would absolutely stay here again.

Check in was chaotic, with an elevator out of service and snippy manager. Nice location! Good pool. Room was a bit shabby and floors were sandy, could feel grit on feet. Got charged a 25 dollar parking fee that was not disclosed when booking.

Would have liked a luggage stand and more than one chair in the room. Ocean front room was noisy at night with kids in the pool/lazy river and noisy in the early morning with metal gate slamming (for staff?). We paid over $300 per night plus parking ($25/night) and felt it wasn't nice enough to warrant it We did like the breakfast.

Hotel was not as welcoming or attractive as it was when we first visited 3 yrs ago. The restaurant had been replaced with two pool/beach eateries. One was supposedly fine dining. The menu was limited and the worn look of the place screamed beach bar. One couple (with two young kids) in front of us at check-in had to wait until after 7pm for their room and were never given the reason why. Ours had no coffee or shampoo restocked from previous guests. The staff tried hard to make up for the problems. But we could tell that they were frustrated.

Housekeeping is every other day which means full trashcans and only 1 coffee in Room. They got my room wrong at check in. They ran out of towels mid-day. All of these issues caused significant delays, slow check in. Too many fees. Restaurant was overpriced and not very good. Room was clean and service somewhat friendly. Probably won't return. Hotel has gone down hill from 2 years ago.

This is a nice hotel but there is no reason to charge guests for parking in this area. You can’t get around this area without a vehicle so it’s a sneaky fee they charge knowing everyone will have to pay. It’s a huge parking lot so there isn’t a shortage of parking. That charge is not very apparent on the Expedia site and the hotel did not tell me when I was checking in. It is $25 a day.

We all had a great time. The only thing is I don’t think kids belong in a hot tub if they’re under a certain age, you’re trying to relax and enjoy yourself and you have kids under a certain age in there screaming ,splashing.that would be the be my biggest complaint

Room view was superb but cleaning and amenities were average. Bathroom sink bottom shelf was broken and pieces were found at the basin when we checked in.
