Good food in evening and bar service around pool also good. Took over 1 hour to checkin...got there a little prior to 4, was not available...came back when suggested, still not ready, waited longer and someone else was having same issues, too. Floor in room had some sand and bathroom corners had dust, etc so don't think there is enough staff. Nice room, included breakfast but only until 9.30am Pool tile needs cleaning! Never could get clean pool towels, they were always being laundered.

Not worth the money!

This hotel cost $25 a night for parking! There was no complimentary coffee after breakfast. It was extremely noisy, especially because they put us in an adjoining room next to people with kids. There were no tubes available for the lazy river because everyone was hanging out in the pool area with them and there were no clean towels at the pool. We have stayed at this hotel before and loved it. After this stay we will find somewhere else.

The views were absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were EXTREMELY unfriendly and do not welcome you with a smile or any hint they want you there. Whoever does the hiring should be fired. This is the only hotel in the area so I guess they know people have no choice so they don’t have to be courteous or nice. Other than horrible front desk staff and having to pay to park it was a nice place to stay considering there is no other choice.

My Birthday Weekend

I had reserved a king suite, balcony i got 2 queen, handicapped accessible room, honestly, i think the beds were double. It was ok but i wanted king bed. Front desk said Hotels.com overbooked and i got what i got. The lazy river was nice, but they didnt have enough floats. The bar was good. Breakfast was okay.

The view is beautiful. However, I ordered a king size bed and got a queen. The tv didn’t work, the water wasn’t hot, just warm. The guest above us left their dog on the balcony, which was barking in the morning.
