My family and I absolutely loved it here. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room view was amazing, the price was affordable, and it had all the amenities we were looking for. 10/10 recommend.

This was my first time here but I come to this beach all the time. Customer service was very friendly when I checked in. And my room was on the beach with a balcony. It was small to me but everything was clean and the staff were nice. We ran out of tiolet paper and they came immediately to replenish it. And when we needed extra towels they were at our room within 10- 15 minutes of our request. The pool towels were gone after 6:00 pm each night so you have to get them early. And parking can be difficult if you have a big car. Overall this is a good place to stay on the beach.

The stay was excellent! Alexander at the front desk was amazing. We wanted higher floor for ocean view and he made the switch very pleasing and easy. We stayed 3 nights all together.

Rooms were clean, but we didn’t have much water. Taking a shower the water would cut off and on. Contacted front desk and they sent maintenance, but they said it couldn’t be fixed. Called the next night and maintenance never showed up.

Poor customer service staff

We paid good money for this room we stayed here before and it was good. The most part our stay was good, when my husband went to take a shower that evening he had no water pressure, it even stopped on him and he was all soapy, it did come back on but still no preesure. He expressed our issue with the hotel and they said they would send soneone up, they did 2 x with no explanation or apologies, nothing. Turns out the 6th and 7th floor had issues with water, we stated a week with water like that. They have no customer service, everyone avoided us like the plague due to all the complaints byt they offered nothing, no apology, no nothing they even got frustrated when we asked for a receipt.

The property is great with 2 good sized pools and the boardwalk to the beach is nice. Loved, the little restaurant where you can get drinks and some foods. Our room had a great balcony with a great view of the ocean room 618. But the room itself was ok. Bathroom could use an update and the floors were not properly cleaned other than that we had a great stay.

This is our second time staying there and we love it. Although the stay was good price right view outstanding. The couch in living area was horrible. It was uncomfortable and tv was to the side not in front of so room was really never used due to this problem.

The hotels (4 buildings) obviously the one room we received was horribly outdated, no outlets for electronic devices, the TV was as small as our microwave, and the furniture was the of the heavy wood furniture from the 70-80s. Our room was above the pool area and last night with so many partners in the pool plus fireworks its was so loud in our room it sounded like someone being harmed in a room and they were terrified. The night before there were older kids in the pool all sliding down the rock together which is not allowed with everyone screaming constantly. The restaurant on the property was listed and we find out after multiple times seeing it was closed it’s only open limited 7am to 2pm. In summer!? We weren’t looking for people to come clean, so we put do not disturb on door; one day people entered to take out trash and bring in towels-so with a note saying they change sheets on the third day, we cleaned our beds off expecting fresh sheets. No fresh sheets. No nothing. We did get 4 burgers at the ‘Tiki’ bar which wasn’t like one we were used to. We were told that you can order but you have to watch for someone to bring the bag out because they won’t text you or tell you when your food gets delivered at a empty table. Those burgers with fries cost me over $125 +tip! I paid over $1200 additionally for the room for 3 days, being $400 nightly for a crappy outdated ugly room with basically no immenities. The pictures I saw on this website must have been shot so far away .

Photos mildly depict the state of the room. Would NEVER stay there again and pay that price again for such horrible accommodations. This is the outside balcony.

This is the small tv in the room in front of the beds. Furniture old and ugly.

This is the table and lamp between the tables. The pictures hung were of animals eating other animals. Horribly ugly.

This is the back door to go onto the balcony which stuck out because someone previously had jimmied their way in after being locked out!!

good stay for the price! the room was pretty big — there were a couple of things I could see needed to be fixed but nothing insane! I will say keep in mind if you are used to taking a wagon to the beach it is definitely not easy to do here which is partially my fault for not doing more research but there are probably 40 steps all together to get to the beach so I myself struggled with the wagon and I watched multiple other people from the balcony struggle with wagons too. Other than that pretty nice place with easy check in and check out! I would recommend (without a wagon) LOL

The staff was fine. Everyone I encountered was nice enough. The area was good and I never felt unsafe. The view was amazing! I had an issue with one of the blinds in my room and it was fixed very quickly. The water pressure was probably the worst of any hotel I have ever stayed at. There were several times during my shower that the water just stopped coming out of the faucet for several seconds and then started flowing again. The ice machine was 3 floors down...easily accessible, but still. There were laundry facilities on-site which was nice.

I liked being beach front and convient to restaurants. The thing I did not like was our room keys never worked, they had to be replaced 5 times. The air condition did not work efficiently it did not pull the humidity out of the room, which caused the bed sheets to feel damp,
