The only issues we had at all was that our room keys never worked. We had to get maintenance to let us in every time we left. We went through 6 sets of keys. Room was clean and an amazing view.

Right on the beach with chairs and umbrellas available. Friendly staff. Restaurant/bar by the pool with delicious burgers, fries, appetizers, great margaritas. Close to restaurants and shopping. 15 minutes from Destin Harbor Boardwalk and 20 minutes from the airport. Would stay here again.

Overall, we had a good experience. We had an issue with our room that was resolved quickly. We absolutely loved the immediate access to the pools and to the beach. The staff was friendly-everyone from the gentleman maintaining the pool to house keepers and front desk staff greeted us when walking by. The only complaint was the computer in the “business center” was not in working condition.

The room we reserved was a gulf view queen room. When we checked in the view was the pool and could only see a small portion of the beach. The sink took forever to drain and the ac unit made a terrible noise. The next night we upgraded to a suite on the 6th floor. The view was amazing. The sink had the same drainage problem and the toilet was a toddler size. It was small. The sofa was dirty and smelled and was really low to the floor. Very uncomfortable. This was our second visit to this property and our last. It was clean, no bugs and elevators worked great.

Clean hotel. Traffic in area horrible due to bridge construction. Nowhere to sit on beach unless you rent their chairs for $48/day. They have them lined up touching so you can’t set your chairs anywhere near the beach. They charge $10/day to park. Pretty ridiculous really. They’ll only change your towels every 3 days. Decently clean property. Nice pool area for kids but crowded. Room very humid.
