This was the worst experience of my life the room didn’t come with no towels or tissue… they say free WiFi but the system go by access codes but they don’t work and when you tell them it don’t work they tell you to wait a whole another hr it should

Hotel from hell

There were no towels wash clothes or bad tissues in the room, bed mattress wore out The face sink was broke no running water. Roaches running over the floors and the walls. The place was Disgusting . I will never Stay there again or Recommend anyone to stay there..

Needed a place for 3 days for work. Reserved online. Showed up and payed $126.00 and went to room. The had been kicked open and the door barely shut and locked. No chain or bar lock. Just a deadbolt that bare held door closed. No cover on the heater/AC. Just rusted coils showing with a visible gap showing the outside. No chairs, table, no towel, soap or coffee. No coffee anywhere on the premise. After we decided that it would be easier to stay than to try to look for another place that late we had a knock at the door and apparently they under charged me and I had to pay another $22. This isn’t a traveler friendly place. Long term renters. Most of the hotels around are long term. Lots of caos at night. Would not stay again. I’d rather pay more for better atmosphere.

Classic Example of Not Taking Time to Read Reviews

I've never booked a hotel room that I couldn't stay the night in due to safety & overall unpleasantness before this one. As a point of reference, I've stayed in hourly hotels in Puerto Rico where you have to bring in your own sleeping bag & should never touch the walls. Yuck. But for this stay, my 17yo son & I just needed 1 overnight on our travels. After being at the Best Inn for about 20 mins, I had to turn in my key & forfeit my room fee. The front desk lady was very sweet & helpful. She helped us get the key to work for the 1st room. It was not cleaned & in Feb the window was wide open. When my son went to close it roaches scattered. She put us in a 2nd room that was even worse. The deadbolt & tv didn't work & the neighbors yelling/dogs barking was crazy in that short time around 8:30-9pm. Toilet wasn't flushing. Walls w graffiti on the walls like a barroom bathroom stall. 1 tiny towel was covered in stains.The character limit won't let me do justice to this description but there is a Roblox game created to depict the horror story this hotel is. Don't do it. Don't try to save money by booking this place.
