Everything was pretty good except we needed more towels and before they’d give us more we needed to give them the dirty ones. We had 5 kids and 2 adults and had 2 regular bath towels

The room could be cleaner. We had to go get towels and wash clothes. They had hair all over them. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled of smoke and there was a butt in the sink drain. I had to go buy air freshener. The staff was friendly but we're all on personal call at every visit to the desk.

Staff was nice and friendly. The hotel itself wasn’t bad but the room I was in was no less than horrific. It was not the worst place I ever stayed but definitely close. It was semi clean, but there were handprints on the headboard and things like that that said otherwise. Yuck.
