They are cheating. When I booked this hotel, it is said breakfast included. But there is nothing!!! Chairs in the room is so dirty. There is a hole on the comfort. The rooms are not sound-proof; People at next door play music loudly. The only thing I like is the free parking. You know this is not easy near the airport. But away from this hotel!

Jennifer, the staff was absolutely fabulous. She is a tremendous help to me but the owner the indie man is very rude and obnoxious. He ignores you when you're standing right in front of him and doesn't really care and then when you ask my question he gets annoyed. I'm not gonna stay there anymore based on that, but if it was just Jennifer, I'd stay there every time I came to the area.
