Had to stay here because of canceled flight. Free shuttle from and to airport was very nice. Room was quiet, clean, bed comfy. Price of room was surprisingly reasonable. Bar staff and coffee shop staff was nice. Only negative was younger gal at check - in. Didn’t want to physically check us in on computer. Told us we had to do it online. So we sat right in front of her, and did that. Then she checked us in. She and the other gal there seemed more interested in their conversations than the customers.

The 3rd party parking thingy is terrible . Just add parking to the hotel fee would have been more convenient. I really liked the hotel overall but will think about returning twice because of the parking situation.

Ants in the rooms, dirty rooms, do not stay here

I've come to the this hotel numerous times. I've always had a some what good experience, enough to come back for an overnight trip. This last trip was highly disappointing. I booked via Hotel.com a double room. I did have an issue in the past where I booked a double room, went up to the room with all my items to only find out it was a single room. Unfortunately, this happened again this trip, I asked before going up if it was indeed a double room, I was told "Yes, it is a double room". (room 630) Needless to say it (again) was not. I had to come back down with my items and my disabled child. I went to the front desk explained the room was single and not double. The front desk person quickly got me into the room next to that room and cited that there was a few rooms not listed correctly in the system. That is a red flag, as I experienced this issue a year ago. Makes you wonder how long these rooms have been listed that way and why management have not changed them. It isn't fair for the front desk to have to keep up with the rooms in that way. So! I get to the second room, (room 631) it is indeed a double room. We begin to unpack and wind down for the night as it is 9pm ish. I always check the bed for bedbugs (you never know!). I did not find bed bugs but I did find a lot of crumbs and hair under the sheets and an extremely dirty mattress. Also, in the bathroom the sink was stopped up, when washing my hands I noticed the water was getting higher and not going down. (for the r
