Worst stay!

I was extremely disappointed this time staying at the Delta. We always stay here when we travel. First they have changed the car storage to some company that you pay used the bar codes on the signs and it is not part of the hotel room stay. That was a nice upgrade feature with the room stay. The major issue this stay was the fact the heat was broken and you couldn't get cool air. The rooms were stifling! We tried opening the room door for a bit but you can't leave it open all night. We were sweating! My husband went down to ask for another room and was told no rooms available. A maintenance guy came to our room and then the true came out. The entire hotel was like this and they were not informing anyone! What the hell is that?! We should be compensated in some manor for this ridiculous inconvenience. It was so hot that we decided to leave for the airport at 4am. Also the tub was gross from a leak. And some of the table tops had not been cleaned and they were sticking with a layer of grease, maybe from food! GROSS! The pillow case on my bed, ICK! Had stains and was ripped. What was house keeping thinking. Management needs to do WAY better! We won't be staying ever again at this hotel and I will be complaining to Marriott to get a refund!

Upon arrival the lady at the front desk just stared at me and said “what do you need” . No welcome, are you checking in? Limited menu for dinner at the bar area. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a shuttle to the airport that was convenient. When leaving same poor attitude at the counter . Didn’t ask if I was checking out, just looked at me and said put the key in the box, and went back to his office .

I arrived at Delta at 3:30 in the afternoon to check in from the airport had a 60 birthday party to attend at the firehouse in Fairmount, which was fabulous my room when I arrived was 90°. They said they would call the engineer and gave me a fan. I told them to please have it fixed when I got back. Got back at midnight 1 o’clock in the morning room was still 90° they said there was nothing they could do and if I wanted, I could leave the facility at 1 AM in the morning. I travel to the Hilton Garden Inn in Mount Laurel, which I highly recommend. I am a union member and I would not recommend the Delta of Marriott. They did absolutely nothing for me at 1 AM in the morning horrible

I liked my mini suite immensely. The restaurant and a la carte for breakfast is perfect. Airport shuttle is great. Very good sports bar and nice evening atmosphere in the sports bar restaurant. My room fridge worked so I could purchase other refreshments. I wish the store store had longer open hours, especially at night when you get hungry. Had to use doordash for food deliveries to my suite. I would definitely book again at this airport hotel. But if you want to see the sites of Philadelphia then you will need to rent a vehicle.

I was VERY VERY unhappy with my stay. I traveled 12 hrs to be left with no option but to sleep in a VERY VERY hot room. I was unable to book a stay somewhere else. No accommodation was made my first night and for this I feel like Delta Hotel is wrong and need to accommodate with something.
