Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is a no-frills hotel with tiny rooms that could use better cleaning. Took a while for the hot water to get warm in the shower. Otherwise, it served its purpose for one night.

Service and staff were awesome, but there are some internal issues to address. We stayed to get out of the snow storm on our way home to New York and found this place. After taking a shower, the shower was clogged and backed up, which was pretty gross and uncomfortable. However, the staff did come check it out and gave us a room to shower in. It was a bit inconvenient showering in one room while staying in another one. But, I do appreciate the fast responses from staff and their help. Overall, I would stay again when in Philly.

The hotel could use a refresh and some updating, but is in a great location. Very central and convenient (walkable) to historic sites and neighborhoods. The hotel is surrounded by lots of good bars and resturants.

Great service. My valet parking guys were fast and very polite. They guys who served the breakfast was hilarious. Good conversation. Our room was kind of small but clean and smelled good. Love the shower head. I will definitely be returning to that hotel this summer!
