The rooms were clean, cute, but very tiny. Very very tiny. As far as parking, you are pretty much forced to use valet at $70 per night. There are absolutely no snacks, drinks,….nothing available. Can’t even get a coke or whatever anywhere if the restaurant isn’t open and it was RARELY open. Store across the street closes early. I was walking in down town Philly at night trying to find a coke.. it was unbelievable. The floors in the hotel lobby could use an overhaul. Definitely not your typical Marriott. But the rooms were ok.

Great location, quiet property, lots of excellent eating options nearby, museum district and historic landmarks, police presence on Friday night when young folks are out, breakfast was adequate, staff was pleasant and ALWAYS helpful. I would stay here again. Loved it.

Great Place To Stay

Very nice, convenient, comfortable hotel in center city. Have stayed here before, and the staff is always very friendly. The free buffet breakfast was also very good. Recommended.

The restaurant was really good and convenient being attached to the hotel. There’s a bunch of food places a block or two away, bars as well. The room was so comfortable I felt like I was home and not at a hotel.

On the surface the property seems very modern and unique but the condition of the building and rooms is very poor. The front desk agent was very kind but it sadly doesn't make up for rooms with horrible AC, very old elevators and hallways that smell like marijuana. My parents changed rooms twice and still didn't have AC in the middle of summer. Valet had some additional fees tacked on, bringing it over $75 a night. Overall the location in the city is appealing but I won't ever stay here again.

The rooms were very humid and there was no way to get the thermostat to be a warmer temperature to dry out the room. The staff are pleasant and tried to be accommodating. The front lobby should be cleaner.
