Had a great experience. Wide selection of foods for the taste. Received excellent service from Ebru, Fatma at restaurants and Ali at sandwich bar. The room cleaners did an amazing job as well!

The property is nice but they need to upgrade food options. They also need to equip the rooms with charging ports. Staff needs to be more friendly while the guest are there and when they are leaving.

Can’t fault my stay, was relaxing and the staff truly are fantastic. Everyone was always so happy to help. Food was decent and they switched up with theme nights with a lot of the staples still available. Entertainment was really good fun, I didn’t know what to expect! As a solo man from Scotland it was strange being it a hotel full of German speakers but everyone was great and seemed like they were equally having a great time. I was the only Brit at the hotel so something to consider if that bothers you but I always felt welcome.

In die Jahre gekommenes 5 Sterne Hotel- eher kleiner im Vergleich zu den Riesigen Hotels in der NĂ€he. Bevor ich anfange, erst mal danke schön an der Rezeption an den Mitarbeiter Enes, der mit seiner professionellen Art unser Problem gelöst hat. Das Angebot an Speisen und GetrĂ€nken ist sehr reichhaltig , vielfĂ€ltig und fĂŒr jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Einfach nur lecker. Großes Kompliment an das KĂŒchenteam ! Leider gibt es am Abend immer wieder GĂ€ste, die mit Badelatschen und schnuddeligen Achselshirt zum Essen kommen, obwohl ein Hinweisschild vorhanden ist. Das finde ich nicht gut in einem 5-Sterne-Haus. Vielleicht sollte man seitens der Hotelleitung, diese GĂ€ste noch mal zum "Umziehen" schicken. Das Italienische SpezialitĂ€ten-Restaurant können wir leider nicht empfehlen, da dort der Service nicht gut war und die Speisen nur lauwarm.Vielleicht wird dieses Problem ja inzwischen gelöst sein. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, nur durch einen gepflegten Garten getrennt, der Übergang zum Wasser ist kieselig. Nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit Privat-Transfer dauerte die Fahrt zum Hotel 25 Minuten. ***Ich wĂŒrde diese Hotel weiter empfehlen***

Es war alles sehr schön .Die Unterkunft sehr sauber , das Personal sehr hilfsbereit . Das Essen war absolut vielfĂ€ltig und abwechslungsreich und die dort angebotenen AktivitĂ€ten schön . Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr grĂŒn. Im Vergleich zu den Hotels in der Region ist verhĂ€ltnismĂ€ĂŸig eines der kleineren jedoch wird hier die Gastfreundschaft und Service groß geschrieben . Das Personal spricht ganz gutes Deutsch man kann sich also relativ einfach verstĂ€ndigen . Falls jemand sich eigenhĂ€ndig unter das Land und Leute mischen will dem steht eine Bushaltestelle in ca 5 min Fußweg zur VerfĂŒgung . DafĂŒr benötigt man allerdings eine aufladbare Buskarte (bekommt man am Flughafen auf dem oberen Deck der Bahnstation am Automaten oder auch in verschiedenen anderen Orten einfach in der Rezeption nachfragen )

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Man hatte PrivatsphĂ€re und konnte sehr gut entspannen. Außerdem hatte man direkten Zugang zum Strand Bzw. zum Meer und es gab kein Platzmangel bzgl. der Strandliegen. Jeden Abend gab es eine Veranstaltung fĂŒr die großen und kleinen Besucher.
